I used Precision to remove a large tree from my backyard. The actual tree removal was fine however the crane that they used had outriggers that they put on my lawn. After the outriggers were removed, the grass underneath died. When I called the owner to file a see how I could file a claim to have it repaired the service was disappointing. I asked the owner to rake up the dead grass and properly reseed the damaged area. The owner was only willing to throw seed on the dead area and nothing else. To this day I am not sure if he ever did that and the grass continues to struggle to return. As mentioned, the tree removal service was fine but be sure to ask what will be repaired if any damage is caused.
