I called and got a next day appointment. The technician was very knowledgeable, but he was a bit condescending on some of his explanations. The second appliance that he took a look at, had two hardware parts that needed to be replaced, I had already looked for then online and called the manufacturer and had part # and prices on both. He told me he was not going to charge me for the second diagnosis. Gee, thanks!(I already did all the work for you!). This initial fee was $ 85, and the estimate for fixing, screwing in parts for both appliances was over $ 600, with the $ 85 fee discounted! Crazy. I ended up buying one appliance and using the other one without a feature. I was out $ 85 for nothing.

Tyler and his team are Awesome! I signed up for his service 2 years ago and each year they come in and service my appliances to keep them in tip top condition. Tyler is very good about listening to your needs and has a long list of resources at his fingertips to help you. Thank you Tyler for always going above and beyond the call of duty.

Tyler is the best in the business! I initially called A+ to come out and fix my broken garbage disposal. I was so impressed with the timeliness of the service call and the speed in which Tyler fixed my problem that I immediately signed up for his monthly service plan. Now I rest assured that anytime I have an issue A+ is only a phone call away. I even used them to install a whole house surge protector on my electrical panel and since then, I have had no issue with any of the electronics in my home. I plus A+ Certified Appliance!

Our dryer went out and the wife was not happy about having to hit the laundry mat. Called Tyler with A+ Certified Appliance and by that evening we were back in business. Tyler was fast, efficient, and reasonable. Whenever we have an issue with an appliance Tyler will be the first and only person we will call.
