Recently visited this location asked the guy working what the the ice cream cake flavored «crunch» was and he said «I don’t know» he was no help at all and was really rude to a customer behind me.

Went last night for my second time at this location. I forgot it was kids night… that was my fault lol.
Our server was having a hard time getting my girlfriend’s flavor (it had hardened). She said it was okay and she wanted something different. He did as she asked (which sometimes sucks, she can be bitchy) and told her he wouldn’t mind getting fresh ice cream for her. That was a nice touch.
Even though it was chaotic, a staff member took the time to grab some kid’s trash and throw it away.
I liked that.

I ordered my mother a birthday cake online, and it turned out beautifully!
The online ordering system was simple and straightforward, I could even pay online. The cake was ready exactly on time and looked wonderful. The price was very reasonable.
The store itself has a small parking lot it shares with several other stores so parking can be a bit hazardous. The store interior is nice and clean (smells yummy!) but it’s very narrow. The employee that helped me was very polite and focused, even though she was working alone on a busy Saturday.
I will definitely order from here again.

Great ice cream and wonderful customer service. We went in to get an ice cream cake for my sons birthday and they didn’t have the cake we wanted and the girl behind the counter went into the back to search for the cake we wanted. She found it and after countless free tastes we got some ice cream and she gave us a discount. I was impressed.

I can’t even believe I’m writing a crappy review for a Baskin Robbins… however it is deserved. Fellow Frisco and Little Elm people, do yourself a favor and go to marble slab down the street, at least they are friendly and don’t seem annoyed to have employment. The girl working today seemed upset to be there, and the topper for me was her pointing her finger in my sons face (literally 2 inches) trying to direct people where clown cones and cakes are — –Next time try being polite and say excuse me or better yet walk around actually help the person — don’t worry kiddo the waffle iron will still be there when you get back.

I love love love Baskin Robbins! I am so in love with their chocolate ice cream. Of course, I have to accompany the cream with a sugar cone. Sometimes all get the waffle bowl. I appreciate how their cones and bowls are always fresh and never stale. Eat up!
