Empress Nails

I have found my new nail spot :). Tammy did my toes and Mary did my manicure. I even messed up my big toe and they fixed it for me at no charge!

I just left and I am NOT impressed. The girl who did my nails didn’t ask if I wanted large areas of white on my pink and white fill. To say its a white with a bit of pink would be accurate. They nails aren’t even gelled on top. they are rough and misshaped. The last time the nails were perfect. This time, I feel like I need to go and get a new set. YUCK, YUCK

I’ve been here two times now. I moved from Houston 7 months ago and have been trying to find a good nail salon ever since. None have compared to this place. Ana does an amazing job with Dip NextGen nails! and Vicki does the best pedicure ever! So relaxing.
The prices are great too. $ 30 for dip nails and $ 27 for a basic pedicure. This is my new salon to go to. SO happy I found this gem.

Do not waste your time or your money at this place Crystal does a rush job on my feet and nails I had to go to the nail shop down the street to correct the problem and on top of that she has a smart mouth!!!

The service here is second to none. I have been coming here for 3 years and will not go anywhere else. My wife and I both agree they are the best.

I went on a Friday for a manicure. The experience was bad. The service was rushed and the nail «tech» was rude. I won’t return.

Holly is the absolute best! I love the service I receive at Empress! I would definitely recommend this place for a positive experience!

Crystal and Holly is the best. My feet feel and look 20 years younger. The staff is always polite and professional. I tried other places but I always come back here.

This place is absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere is lovely. It’s a bit busy, but no wonder why! I had broken an acrylic nail yesterday, so I decided to get them all taken off today. The service was literally the best I’ve had. My technician was SO friendly and charming. He didn’t rush anything and kept conversation going the whole time, even making me laugh with some of his remarks. He also offered my mother a complimentary soda or wine, even though she wasn’t having anything done. After he beautifully took off my acrylics (for $ 10), I asked for the basic manicure as well. It was splendid! Lotion massage, hot towels and great nail painting. Usually the basic manicure is $ 14, but my total was only $ 19! How nice! I have definitely found my new go-​to nail salon.

I recently moved into the area and desperately needed my gel manicure fixed and a pedi. Empress Nails is very clean and beautiful inside, but it about stops there. My pedicure looks great, and the prices were fair, but the massage was a bit lackluster. I told her she wouldn’t hurt me, but there still wasn’t enough UMPH.
To remove my gel manicure, they had me put my entire finger tips into a bucket of acetone. Now, I’m no physician, but I don’t think that’s good for you. I much preferred if they would wrap them in foil and only use a cotton ball. My fingers hurt after a few minutes, so I had to remove them from time to time to be comfortable. Also, the lady doing my finger nails (Truc?) kept trying to upsell eyebrow work, which I kept telling her I was going somewhere else afterwards to get them threaded. I respect she needs to make an extra buck, but come on. Also, she kept saying how terrible my nails are and upselling something I didn’t understand (from her accent) to treat them. The worst part was my nails didn’t even look good! After I left and got into the sunlight, I noticed bubbles on my right thumb and a hair embedded on the top of the nail — ugh!
I did talk to the guy at the front and ask for a student discount — $ 5. He didn’t have to do that, so it was appreciated.
I would come back, but hope I get somebody else besides the two ladies I had during my first time.

The salon is clean and friendly. The pedicure I had was pretty good.
Unfortunately I have to doc them stars for their nextgen nail service. It’s new, so maybe they haven’t done enough yet. I was told that the reason you could see some of my nails (splotchy) through the color is bc I chose a color that’s too light. Also, I walked out after he told me they were dry and two nails got ruined. I also was able to see polish all over my cuticles once I was in the sunlight. The coats are very thick and I’ve seen friends with much better luck at other salons…

I received the Royalty massage and it was very relaxing. I wanted to fall asleep but the massage chair was doing a number on my back which really needed some work. All in all I would say this place is great. I got a back massage and my feet done.

This is my favorite place to get my nails done and Jon is the best! They also serve yummy margaritas.

I see why this place has great reviews; they really impressed me from the moment I walked in. My sister and I choose our desired colors (they have so many colors to choose from) and were seated in their comfortable chairs. The employees ask you if you would like anything to drink (they also serve martinis here). The manicures and pedicures have different price ranges depending on what additional services you would like. I like that the employees don’t pressure you to get additional services. They are very clean here and the employees really focus on you and not everything going on around you. Since it was our first time we received a discount on our services. I am looking forward to my next pedi.

I was really excited to get my nails done by professionals for the first time but the guy that did my nails ruined my cuticles. It sucks its right before prom and my nails look horrible. I’m disappointed that I paid 50 dollars to have to redo them at home.

Super clean. Great foot and leg massages. Wonderful, professional staff. The spa pedicure tubs have disposable liners so you never have to worry about how well the tub was cleaned or who used the tub before you. The salon is new and well appointed. Empress is the only place I’ll go for pedicures.

Best nail spa in Little Elm! Great customer service as soon as you walk through the door!
