I love Travis and usually get great haircuts, but when I check in online and am number 1, then watch as they let people walk in and get seated immediately, then start calling up everyone ranked 3,4,5 in line in front of me, that’s the last straw. And this isn’t the first time it’s happened. I’ll be going to another location from now on, and once my pre-​paid card is used up, I’ll likely find another barber.

Marybell is back! Appears this particular stores sales and over all customer traffic declined severely in the last 6 months and management recognized how important their people are and when they’re happy the customers are happy. Welcome back Marybell!
