I am the client of this store for almost three years. And I would like to share my experience and impressions re this business operators and services. First of all, store owner — Rami Doss is a very friendly man and has expertise in serving almost all types of printers and cartridges that are in use in the USA. Second — you will get the optimal solution of your issue and get a nice price along with a firm warranty, if any. Third, you may call and order your product, and pick up at your convenient time. Trust me, three years for the business that is using much of cartridges both laser and ink — is a good time to evaluate the services and products they offer.

if only you could give a place zero stars.
first of all, the guy is never there. call before wasting your day.
then, if you are the gambling type and want to try to save $ 6 although possibly wasting 6 hours driving back to this place 6 times because the cartridge doesn’t work and he won’t just give you a refund, by all means waste your life away.
the money you save is not worth the time and gas spent going back and forth when he sells you his faulty, bootleg shit.

I am not sure about the negative comment bellow but I personally love working with Ink Refill. Ramy is always very helpful and the quality is always great. Not to mention how affordable the prices are. You can save a lot! Simply great. I definitely recommend it.

avoid at all cost. Shady Armenian business that uses the old bait and switch method. And it’s not an isolated incident as this happened to me twice in a row. Basically, went it to get a refill, go back home, ink is faded still! Take it back in and they claim it’s a circuit problem, not an ink! It was a brand new cartridge, and they bait and switch me to «Just buy a new one.» Making a dispute with my credit card company for failure to provide services. This place is unscrupulous and I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. AVOID! AVOID!
