T-Rock Roofing And Construction

These are the best roofing professionals around. While all the other roofing companies seemed to talk down to us the folks at T-​Rock took care of everything. I was frustrated with the insurance company and they made all that frustration go away. The insurance company was saying I was barely going to get a new roof — T-​Rock replaced my roof, gutters, windows, got the fence fixed etc… My neighbors who also had roofs replaced all wanted to know why my roof looked better than theirs… not only did it look better the neighbors roofs took 2 days to complete while mine was done in 8 hours… T-​Rock also gives a portion back to the wounded warriors charity and as a veteran that a big deal to me… top notch…

Please see what David C. wrote 15 days ago. I got T-​Rock from Angie’s List. First time Dalles cancelled on me due to his truck break down. Second time he called and said he was going to be 1 ½ hours late. I said that was not acceptable. He came and gave me an estimate.
Then I saw David C’s post here on Unilocal.I then asked for proof of insurance. John and Dalles were not able to provide me with that. Red flags! Found another much better company. Not sure if I’ll pay money for Angie’s List again.

It took me a couple follow ups to get someone to call me to setup an appointment for an estimate. Once I did get the appointment scheduled, John came out and gave me an estimate. I asked him to schedule the work to get done. I didn’t hear from him after 4 days so I had to follow up again. When the workers finally came out to do the work they weren’t told what the job was and didn’t have the tools to get the job done. The workers weren’t T Rock Roofing & Construction employees, but a crew T Rock called to «fill in». In speaking with the workers, they said they wouldn’t guarantee their work unless more work was done than what was quoted. I asked them for a quote for this additional work and they said they couldn’t quote it and told me I had to get the quote from T Rock. I called T Rock and asked them to quote the bigger «guaranteed» project and after two days of no word from them I decided to cut my loss and find a new contractor who wants my business. Dealing with them was a one month waste of time.
