Taco Bueno

I have ordered a beef muchaco with no beans and tomatoes on 3 separate occasions and they have yet to get the order right. All 3 times it had beans and once it had beans and tomatoes. They do not care about getting your order right.

This place is okay, but nothing to write home about. Just wasn’t that impressed by all the hype regarding «fresh ingredients, etc. Also, the salsa bar was not that tasty. Might go back if in a rush, but definitely other choices for this type of food that are better.

Place was dirty, food on the floor, tables and chairs. I had the steak, rice and beans bowl, wasn’t that good, meat was cold. Tortilla soup was very good.

I must start off this review by stating I am a Buenohead! I have been eating Taco Bueno since I was in the womb. I mean literally my mom ate Taco Bueno during her entire pregnancy.
This is a new Taco Bueno, so I was a little leery that they would mess up my favorites. Guess what… they didn’t!
I ordered the chicken mucho nachos. It is tortilla chips layered with chili sauce, queso, diced chicken breasts, refried beans (but I sub black beans), sour cream, and tomatoes. Then I walked over to the condiments bar and piled on the the red salsa and jalapeños. That was a tasty dish. Every mouthful of crispy spicy tender chicken was a delight to my lips.
The tables were clean and the salsa bar was fully stocked!

They must make their money by cheating customers. Husband or I go here about once a month and EVERY time they short our order. Food is good for fast food but don’t like getting ripped off and will probably not return.

Food is good I think it’s a step up from taco bell. The wait time is ridiculous though. We had to wait 20 minutes for our food. Customer service is just okay.

Always a pleasure visiting this location. Before this was built, I hadn’t been to a Taco Bueno in many years. I don’t meow why, because it’s a good Tex-​Mex fast food spot!

Their «platters» are HUGE! Enough to feed 2. Also, the best item is the potato and egg breakfast burrito. It is by far my favorite fast food breakfast item of all time.

Horrible customer service every single time me and my husband go through the drive-​thru. My husband has had to speak to the manager twice about his crap experience, and the manager just responded with «okay» when each problem was addressed. They get orders wrong, they don’t put parts of our orders in the bag, they have given my husband cheesecake chimi’s still halfway frozen and, meanwhile, employees have bad attitudes. We love taco bueno. That’s why it sucks having to write this review. But this shouldn’t be looked over. I hope someone can see this and know of some way to change the demeanor of this store, because the manager is definitely not going to do it.
