Somethings are a little pricey but totally worth it. Their spices are so affordable that it’s ridiculous. Everyone should go there for their spices you get three times as much for the same price you would in a supper market. Their honey is so reasonable too. You can get twice as much as you would in the stores. Totally worth it. They have a little something for everyone. They have all natural fruit roll ups or fruit leather for the kids. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Growing up in Little Falls, the Co-op was one of our favorite place for snacks and«weird» foods. Now that I’m an adult and live in Connecticut, I am highly impressed by the LF Co-op, first in that it exists at all(LF is a small town and the closest Co-op to us in Hartford CT is 45 minutes away!), second how many different items they carry, and third how affordable it all is(that 45 minute away co-op is so expensive it’s rarely worth it!). Every time I come home, I stop in to pick up some of my favorite things that I will only buy there. The staff is always incredibly friendly and the store is always clean. My only problem is that they are closed on Sunday and Monday, which is often when I am in town. But yes, I will change my interstate travel plans to make sure they’re open when I come back to LF!

My wife is big on natural/organic foods and products. We have been to most if not all of the healthful stores from Saratoga to Utica, and this one is the best as far as friendly staff and prices. If they don’t have it they will order it for you. They carry not only food but also books, CD’s, kitchen, cleaning, and personal hygiene products.

What a great asset to the Mohawk Valley! Though a little on the small side, it’s a great place to get healthy and whole foods inexpensively, as well as a small selection of various local products, from produce to soap to Amish baskets. Most things are cheap here: it’s a great place to stock up on spices, dried foods, and Burt’s Bees. I live in Albany, where there’s a huge co-op, but often I wait until I come home to Herkimer County to buy things in Little Falls because they’re less expensive. Definitely worth checking out!
