Small place — nice for a casual date or a big family night out! Really good food, very authentic Italian taste!

So embarrassed and disappointed. We had two other families over and decided to order from here as I had remembered the food being pretty good. BADMISTAKE! The girl who answered the phones did not know enough about the menu-we had to point out that chicken dishes came with a side salad or pasta. Already I’m annoyed, but we proceed. We ordered at 5:45 tonight and were told it would be ready in fifteen minutes. My husband called me at 6:30. He was still waiting at the restaurant for our order! At this point I’m fuming. He said he had already paid too! I would have demanded my money back and walked out. Finally at 6:45 our pick-up order was ready with the excuse that the kitchen was slow tonight. Seriously do not care. The kicker-for our troubles they comped us a liter of soda. Thanks, but no thanks. You have now angered three different families. Stay away!

My husband and I loved Rigatony’s and their Grandma pie. The crust, the sauce, the cheese and all topped off with fresh basil. We have not had a pizza in a while and decided to get one today. I wish I had come on here to see that they had a change in ownership. The pizza was disgusting. The sauce tasted like it was straight from a can, it did not taste like fresh mozzarella and it looked like someone dumped pepper on 2 of the slices. What once was my favorite pizza is no more and I have officially thrown out their menu. We will not be going back.

Our family decided to give Riga Tony’s a chance again after our last visit which was right after the change of ownership and not such a great experience. Well, we were quickly reminded why we stayed away. We called for take out and the girl on the phone was simply obnoxious, yelling questions about our order while we placed it. My husband picked up and when he arrived home part of the order was missing(SURPRISE!) so we called about it and her response was so what do you want me to do about it? REALLY??? Theh she wanted us to come back and pick up what she forgot to pack. The food was not that great, I never thought anyone could mess up an italian hero, but they managed to. Lesson learned and we will now always remember why we don’t patronize this estabilishment. If you are looking for«ogida»(not sure of spelling) this would be the place to go!

My husband and I ordered from here multiple times when they first opened, but the quality continually got worse. It is our local Italian delivery joint but we haven’t ordered from there in over a year.

Believe the reviews! Some of the worst Pizza in the state. Rude, clueless employees. Save your money and time. Little Falls has some other fantastic pizza and italian to choose from.

Went in to place order. Guy took my money and gave me change. Immediately went to handling food! I called a girl that worked there over and asked her about it. She preceded to tell me he’s disgusting and no one likes him? I asked for my money back and left. Very disgusting and with all the choices around I would assume the owner either has no clue about his business or doesn’t care. I would suggest staying away. There are to many choices around for this kind of disregard for the publics health. The board of health should also look into this. If he’s doing this right in front of my face, i can only imagine what goes on behind the scenes. Fair warning!

Good food and the service was good as well, no complaints … We had the veal with B-rabi and the V-Parmesan, this was a groupon that after reading the reviews I was reluctant to redeem. That would have been a big mistake. It’s not the finest dining spot i’ve been too but for what it is it’s Great, so was the service by Shannon… Thumbs Up

Went on. Saturday night at 7:30 the dining room was 20 degrees hotter than the front. The service was awful we were a party of 5. We ordered calamari which was very good, mussels which I dint eat and pasta dishes one chicken dish. I ordered the pasta with plum tomatoes bacon and onions. The bacon was flabby and inedible the rest merely ok. The pasta entrees did not come with salads and for a pizza place it was pretty expensive. I suppose you pay extra for the flies that swarmed the table. I’ve been before to pick up a slice… not overly impressed with the pizza either. The bathrooms are off the kitchen! Our frazzled server finally got our simple dishes to us after about 45 minutes… I’d recommend taking a pass. One thing to note, as we were settling in to order another couple on their way out leaned over and said take a pass on the veal they said it was tough and chewy. If your a pizza place own it. Limit the menu to a dozen dishes you do well.

We were the only diners at the time which was surprising on a Thursday night. We ate in the«dining room» which seemed unfinished and not very pleasant. I was not impressed and a little worried about what the food would be like. However, all of the food was very good. I had rigatoni with shrimp, scallops & arugula in a pink sauce — delish — but the shrimp were not cleaned properly but tasted yummy. Others had pizza, mozz sticks, disco fries, pizza. Everyone enjoyed their food. Prices were average, portions were big.

We tried to enter through the dining room door however it was locked. Upon entering through the pizzeria, no one greeted us, the guy behind the counter was on his cell phone and no one else was in sight. We wandered into the darken dining room and still found no one. Eventually we made our presence known and were seated. A young waitress(?) dressed in Adidas sweat pants and at «RigaTony» tee shirt was very nice and knowledgable about the menu took our order. The room we were seated in was stacked with boxes and stacks of paper menus. We waited an extremely long time for our dinner and were told that the chef burned the veal and had to start over. When we eventually ate the food was not bad, but nothing great. The owner happened to be there and saw us looking for assistance from the beginning did nothing to help. His nonchalance is the main reason we will not return. We only waited around as long as we did because we had a gift certificate. The napkins were cheap and the service was terrible.

I don’t know what happened but the quality of the food has declined somewhat and the service has gone in the tank over the past year. I’ve had several times just within the past 6 – 8 months where they screwed up my delivery. And if you call them to rectify the situation, the people tend to react defensively and try to put the onus on you, the customer. After yet another snafu with my delivery tonight, I’ve ordered here for the last time.

It was delicious! The other guests were fun as well. Nice family atmosphere. Although the room was freezing… we all ate with our coats on.

Yep, heed the warnings, the owner and some of the young male employees are RUDE! I went here for a late lunch, and found the food to be sub-par, the napkins to be especially cheap — like wiping my hands with wrapping paper, and the attitudes TOTALLYUNBELIEVABLE. Typical pizza parlor plus their lousy attitudes = I won’t be back. Pasquale’s is nearby and generally good, or try Black Oven Pizza. Not this place.

Place sucks now, we’ve ordered multiple times over past 2 years, pizza was never that good, rest of the food was decent(vodka pasta). Nothing really special, but they’re staff seemed to gotten much ruder over the last 2 encounters, don’t know if they hired new kids or what but we’re done with this place. Got about 10 different italian places with better service within 2 miles so no big deal.

Great food, reasonably priced, delivered fast and accurately! Try the Sunday Dinner, its enough food for 2 – 3 for only $ 16 and is delicious. Everything my wife and I have ordered from the menu has been great!

3.5 stars. I really like this place. The guys that work there are very nice and the food is always really good. The grandma pizza is amazing and they have a lot of other creative pizza toppings to choose from. I also love their eggplant parm. It’s a great place to go if you want a quick lunch because they have really fast service. I haven’t been there for dinner yet but I’m sure that’s even better.
