Supercuts

Poor haicut, Went home and washed my hair, front and sides were longer then part of side and back. will look for a new barber for next haircut. The person that cut my hair needs to go back tobarber school.

I went to this Supercuts twice. I really didn’t like the first haircut I got from them but I thought maybe it was just the hairstylist that day. I thought I’d give them another chance. I went in and the girl which i thought was the receptionist with long hair half colored blue wasn’t friendly just asked what’s your name? Then proceeded to say whenever you re ready go back there for a hair wash, she was the hairdresser also. Washed my hair well but needed to handle the reception desk, answer phones while cutting my hair. I had a feeling she wasnt really cutting it right then she didnt show me the back of my head. I couldn’t wait to get out of there my friend saw my hair and said the layers were so uneven! I would never go back there again!

Very poor haircut and rude. I don’t know the name of the lady but she was short and skinny with glasses. We brought our baby there for a haircut. He was calm and quiet the whole time. She didn’t have a problem with him, but sure did with me, when I kept trying to wipe his face or say something. She interrupted me every-​time with a rude tone of voice and not only that she gave my baby the worst haircut — so uneven, that I could have done a better job at home even. Definitely not going back there again.

Pretty good for a Supercut. No appointments provided over the phone but I did see signs for booking appointment times via their app. Haven’t tried it so I don’t know how well it works.
No receptionist, you are received by a free stylist who then proceeds to take your ‘order’ and cut your hair. I accompanied the hubby for his haircut. He was done within 10 minutes. Simple and efficient. Hubby did say the stylist was a little rough using the razors and comb but I feel that is something that can be easily fixed if he had spoken up.
Although it was a quick job, it was the haircut that he wanted and there were no complaints, and at a great price. We would probably come back to this Supercuts location next time we’re in the area.

I just went in for a quick haircut.
There was no secretary, one of stylists had had to finish working on someone else before getting my name and then had to stop with her client to ring someone else up.
It didn’t take long to get going and my stylist did a good job. She wasn’t chatty (which was fine) and seemed ok, although when she was working on other people she seemed to look a bit miffed.
For a simple trim and a walk-​in appointment it’s perfect.

Elizabeth was my hair stylist. She was very friendly and did a great job. She gave me exactly what I wanted and was very helpful in choosing products !

I came here a few times for a quick haircut, and every time Erin did the cut, I was happy with the outcome. Erin gets 5 stars. One time Erin was not there and my cut was done by someone else… and I was not so happy (read: I hated it! hence the 4 stars instead of 5). Way more was chopped off than I asked for, and the cut was overall not neat and not blended well. Which made me find an expensive salon in the area… where I had a similarly bad experience! I ended up finding another salon that did a good job, but I paid $ 60 plus $ 10 tip. At Supercuts, as far as I can recall, the cut was round $ 15. So you are looking at $ 20 – 25 versus $ 75 out of your pocket. Bottom line: if you want to save $ 50 and still walk out of the salon happy, just go to Supercuts and ask for Erin. Then you can go to Fairway, and you will have extra $ 50 left to get awesome groceries.
I also had lowlights done by a guy who works at this Supercuts location (sorry but do not recall his name). My hair was very blonde at the time, and I wanted to tone it down and make it look more like blonde highlights in my natural hair and less like an entire head of blonde hair. He helped me find a color perfectly matching my natural color. Then he did a fantastic job with the lowlights. His lowlights get 5 stars also. If I ever were to go get my hair colored in a salon again, I would definitely come back to this guy. (Maybe I will find out his name then).

If you are looking for a quick non complicated haircut this is your place. Its always clean quick and efficient. Make appointment and you can even skip the line. Once you have have your favorite barber/​stylist you can request them and they will take you next once you arrive. Sign up for their SMS info for coupons that come to you with Text. Usually they are either $ 2 or $ 3 off, not bad at all.
