Garland’s Carpet Cleaning Service

Revived my off white carpeting!!! I was facing expensive carpet replacement and Jack and his assistant cleaned these very stained rooms and it looks practically like new. I’m so happy and relieved that I don’t have to get new carpeting just yet. This should carry me for a while to come! Jack was on time, reliable and even cleaned two runners covering my hard wood floors on the main level, that I didn’t even ask him to do! That was just the icing on the cake.

GREAT JOB!, I had my carpets cleaned back in July and what a great job they did. I recommended them to a friend and they mentioned Unilocal had only one review and it was a poor one, I am not much of a review person but I was very happy with my service and I believe one poor review from over 2 years ago should not define a company. So here is my first review! Mr. Garland showed up on time and was professionally dressed in a uniformed shirt. My rugs have never looked or smelled better. Having a dog I was amazed he was able to get the stains out and the smells! Mr. Garland even offered to move any furniture i wanted to have cleaned underneath. I would and have recommended the service to friends and family. I look forward to having them clean my carpets every year.

Bad news. I used him a few years ago, and he was good then. Had an assistant with him. However, I used him again last week, and he was awful — -did not move furniture until I called him on it, did not clean crevices of steps until I pointed out dirt that was obvious, and did not put paper under furniture legs, claiming unnecessary and now my great new rug has bad markings. Jack merely tickled my carpets, and left. DO NOT USE HIM, waste of money.
