Hate leaving negative reviews, but whether or not this place has the best customization in the tri-​state, their customer service, from my experience, was subpar.
I went in there with cash in hand, wanting to upgrade my wheels and tires to a 19″ set, as well as inquire about vinyl wrapping. I stood around for 20 to 25 minutes, and not one person even attempted to assist me. There was only ONE other customer in there. I left, went to another shop down the road in Lodi, was approached immediately, given recommendations, and purchased a beautiful set of wheels and tires. I couldn’t have been more satisfied!
Good customer service goes a long way! Rayco 2 lost a very easy sale! :-\
