Awesome! Kids loved it. Also, for about the same price as a fast food restaurant, you get significantly better food. They had excellent gluten-free buns from Dempsey’s. For those complaining about the food in previous reviews I can only say this: it is approximately seven dollars for a nice chicken sandwich and/or a burger. I’m basing my review on that price level for food. For a restaurant with that price point to have good burgers as well as multiple healthy options/gluten-free options was a treat.

Hey this place delivers your food via train! That’s pretty cool, and the food, for the price, is very reasonable. Let’s not kid ourselves, this is a place to take your young kids. If your kids don’t love it, it’s because you influenced their vote. My kids love watching the trains and the food is food they will eat. That’s all I can ever ask for in a restaurant for my kids. If you want gourmet burgers, go somewhere else. This place is exactly what you would expect and I’m happy to go back.

Very friendly, surprisingly good food(not just a gimmick!) and of course fantastic for kids. Though I was pretty amused as an adult.

Cool atmosphere, interesting concept, good service, but horrible food. I would rather have good food rather than a cool atmosphere.

Greeted when we walked in for the first time. The gentleman explained what All aboard was about and let us look over the menu. Food was delicious. Service was super friendly and very professional. Great place for kids.

The gimmick of a train delivering your food, draws ‘em in… The food? Horrible! Was really excited about this place, what a let down. Kids chicken nuggets, I swear bought McDonald’s nuggets @ 20 for $ 5 and sold us 6 for $ 5 Food: greasy and lacking flavor Atmosphere: good but noisy with the rails running above your head Price: I would think if the food was a little better the price would be spot on. Service: NA Overall: wasn’t worth the drive or the money. I can post a pic and save you the trip and money…

You come here with kids — it’s the place to go to have a children’s birthday party(the railroad-crossing cupcakes looked awesome!) and the kids will *love* how the food is delivered! That is, you order up front(food and drinks) then get a little buzzer and find a table. Once at the table, you put that buzzer in a dock, and then a *Train* comes by to deliver your food. It’s awesome! As a big kid myself, I fully approve! They even have a small rack of Railroad-themed children’s toys that were very cool. The menu is kind of classic American, tons of greasy fried food, but with a lot of vegetables and some healthier options(the steamed vegetables were pretty darn good, if simple!) they have a number of drink options from sweet tea to a few beers(and their beers are really cheap!) and the food is excellent once you know what you’re getting. On the down-side, it’s loud, can fill up on busy days(we had no trouble getting a table for six, but it was a rainy day), and the service, while friendly and helpful, can be a little… Odd, since your food is delivered direct to you from the kitchen via train. Still, I highly recommend it, and will be going back again!

My family went today for lunch. They were so incredibly slow. It was extremely hot inside. You can’t have someone sit down until you order so you won’t know if you will have a table by the time your food arrives. They actually told my 60+ mother-in-law to get up because the rest hadn’t yet ordered. When my daughters food finally arrived the chicken nuggets were so greasy that my wife had to use a napkin for each one to soak up the grease. We will never go back.

Very friendly staff and food was pretty good. MYBOYS loved the trains giving us our food and I must admit, I was too. Would definitely recommend to family and friends to eat here.

The place just feels old and dirty. The staff was dirty and unkept. Our son did enjoy the trains going around so that’s one small plus. Now to the food. I ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich at the advise of the girl at the counter. It was the most awful sandwich I have ever had. The chicken was basically all breading with very little actual meat. It was over cooked. And whatever the sauce they use was horrific. Tasted like straight vinegar with a hint of buffalo sauce. I also ordered the fries which where so salty it tasted like I dipped them in a salt shaker. My wife ordered a chicken sandwich and a salad. The salad was just tossed over her sandwich.

It was just a typical burger. My daughter loved the experience. The staff was MIA half my visit. I was the only customer on a late afternoon. I am not sure I would return.

I loved this place — camp and all! I had a completely different vision for what this restaurant would be — one that involved sitting amongst a model railway set, nestled between some fake-grass covered mountains, and, a fake western town. And, having the train come by with my soda pop on an flat-bed, and I’d have to grab it off as it passes by. Thought that is a brilliant idea for a restaurant(copyright — me!), that’s not what happens here. It’s much more simplistic, safe, and sanitary. But still totally, totally fun. I went by myself. And may have been the only adult that week to dine there by myself(mostly families, it seems, but don’t let that scare you). And I was absolutely enthralled by the whole set-up. What was even better was that my sandwich was actually pretty darn good! The cook came out personally to check on my sandwich, and apologized for it having taken a little longer than normal — he didn’t like how it was cooking up the first time, so he had started over again.(For realz? That’s awesome, dude! You won’t hear me complaining about that.) And, the cook(who controls the train) saw me studying how the system works and called out from the kitchen — «You want me to turn it on for you?» Yes. Yes, I do. Would totally go again if in the area. And, would absolutely take guests.

My wife and at there today for the first time and I have to say we won’t be going back. Everything we had was from a frozen(fish in fries), or processed product, nothing fresh. I ordered the fish-n-chips and it required two napkins to soak up the grease oozing from the fish. My wife’s burger was marginal and again, nothing fresh about it. If your looking to keep your children entertained with the train delivery then this is a place for you. If your looking for fresh good food then it’s not for you.

Neat place! Located in a Stein-Mart plaza, the All Aboard restaurant appears to be a new adaptation of the«Fritz’s Railroad Restaurant» model of Kansas City fame. The food, however, is slightly higher quality than Fritz’s. Still, Fritz’s has that kind of «50’s diner» feel that All Aboard is lacking, That is really irrelevant though since the two restaurants are 400 miles apart. We brought our son to All Aboard after a day at little rock zoo, and had a fun lunch with pretty good, fast food. The real attraction are the trains that deliver your food, so I didn’t feel silly video taping them bringing our food. I see it is a franchise, can’t wait for one to show up in NW Arkansas.

This is a GREAT place for kids! The trains keep them entertained as they go ’round and ’round, delivering food to each table. They even get conductor«hats»(more like visors) to wear while eating, as well as paper and crayons. The restaurant itself is more modern than I expected. The food is just so-so…not great, not terrible. They have typical American food, such as burgers, sandwiches, and wraps. My nieces each had chicken nuggets and fries; My Mom tried a veggie wrap; and my husband and I each had a chicken pesto sandwich. All was decent. And, I didn’t find it to be that expensive, despite what some have stated.

Kids like it — they think the train delivering food is super cool — the food not so much. I had a Blackened Chicken Sandwich. It was expensive for a Chicken Sandwich and it was thin and DRY. The same sandwich at Zaxby’s and Back Yard Burger cost about ½ and taste 10 times better — they could take lessons from them. Will I go back? Yes, because the kids love it.

This restaurant is somewhat gimmicky, but lots of fun for kids. You order your food at a counter in the front, and then sit at a table. They give you a plastic key card to place into a reader at your table, which lets the kitchen know where the order is to be delivered. The order itself is delivered by a model train that runs on rails above your head. There are platforms at each table that rise up when your order is ready, and the train speeds by and drops the order on the platform, which then lowers itself back down to your table. My kids(5 and 8) absolutely love to come here. The food itself is just«okay», about on par with a typical diner. Some of the menu items are better than others, and the burgers and fries are generally good. My wife and I have tried some of the other sandwiches and some have been fairly good(i.e. the reuben), and others have been sub-par(i.e. the blackened chicken sandwich). If I didn’t have kids I probably wouldn’t be inclined to go here again, but they love it, so we’ll be back.

My kids age 6 and 4 adore this place. Its a fairly small place but the trains delivering food is a novel cute idea, and my kids always get excited when the trains come with their food. As far as quality of food, its really just above average at best. The rueben is good, as are the fries. But if it werent for the trains I probably wouldnt make any special trip to eat the food. Again, its all just to male my kids happy. But definitely a cute place for the little ones.

We wandered into this place with no expectations last weekend and I was immediately confused… I knew the place had recently opened but it appeared that they had not completed construction on the ceiling. After looking a bit more closely, I realized that what I saw was an overhead train track system… which is used to deliver food to the tables. The menu is pretty small, consisting mostly of drive-thru restaurant fare: burgers, hot dogs, chicken strips, chili, a few sandwiches and salads. The entire place is designed to appeal to children, the menu lists the mains as «Dish-tinations» and the side-dishes as «luggage» and includes a children’s section for«little engineers.» Watching the – fairly loud – trains chug around the room dropping off food was certainly entertaining, but on both of my visits I felt the food(chili-n-cheese dog w/fries) was no more than adequate. My dinner companions tonight were generally praiseworthy of the hamburgers though. I did think the french fries were above average; my spouse thinks the potato salad is pretty good. Beyond the bold colors and train track, there is little in the way of décor and atmosphere. Other than to take someone else there to see the train system, I can’t see a good reason for me to go back(esp since I’m sans kiddos) though… the menu is just too limited… in almost every sense.
