I’m surprised at the bad reviews. I’ve been to many Best Buys around the country, and my experience at the Chenal Pkwy store has been great. I bought a tablet there, along with accesoties(headphones, keyboard cover), and the service rep Trevaris, was amazing. He spent an hour with me, never seeming rushed, and explained all the features and how things work. He’s clearly a technology whiz, I clearly was NOT, but he never made me feel my questions were dumb or off-point, even though I’m sure some were. The prices for what I bought were comparable to Amazon’s(I checked), and I wouldn’t have gotten the benefit of Trevaris’s explanations. Another time I went to this store, looking for a printer, a young lady staffer(didn’t get her name) working in cell phones asked if she could help me and when I told her I needed a printer, she personally escorted me to that department and went and found someone in that department to help me. I definitely recommend this store.

when will i learn to read reviews before doing business??? nightmare… hrs trying to call and talk with the right person(if you think you can’t spend hrs trying to take care of something simple, i don’t know what planet you live on.). thought i finally got a person to take the geek squad charge off. two weeks later, online chat person says it takes 4 — 6 weeks to show up. they don’t have a problem dropping it into the cash register and to your bill in a split second. i don. t have any verification it is even going to process.

I purchased 2TV’s from this Best Buy and opted out of the protection plan. One of the TV’s we didn’t attempt to set up for about 2 ½ weeks. When we got it plugged in nothing worked. I called and spoke with a very helpful woman named Margie. She informed me that since this was a manufacturer defect I could bring it in for an exchange even though I had not purchased the warranty and was passed the 14 day return period. Upon bringing the TV in for exchange I was greeted by a very friendly woman at the return counter. She had me go back to get another TV but unfortunately they did not have that TV in stock. The salesman agreed to allow me to exchange it for an open box TV that was the same size and brand but had a built in DVD player. He informed me it had been returned for service because it was powering off without warning. He even dropped the price another $ 30 so I could get the protection plan at no additional cost!!! Upon getting the TV home we realized it had no power cord, no remote and was missing a screw for the stand. I called the store and spoke with a Geek Squad Manager, Annette Durham(sp?). She apologized several times and was very sincere and a bit embarrassed. She told me to bring the TV back and they would give me a brand new one. I got to the store and was helped by another very friendly and apologetic manager at the Geek Squad Counter. She took me back to pick out another TV and gave me several options. Since the didn’t have the original TV I had purchased I chose a TV that was one size up and they took care of the entire additional cost including the protection plan!!! This staff and the managers are AMAZING!!! They are very polite, professional and helpful. They went above and beyond to solve the issues I had. Thank you Best Buy staff!!!

Big 0 star for customer service. I called couple times to know if they do preorder iphone 6 + and i was told yes, but when i came they said they can’t. So basicly back and forth ! Seems like they don’t know what they doin over there.

Like all of the previous reviews, I’d give it a 0 if I could. The guy that«helped» us was named Jeff. What a dick! «Yes sir, we were looking for a Kindle Fire» «They’re right in front of your face– do you have anymore questions?» Walks off before I could say anything. So I found the manager who was equally as «helpful» and explained my experience. He says, «I’ll address the issue tomorrow when I’m back here. It’s time for me to go home» Wtf

Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had buying a computer. Bought a defective 1400 dollar laptop and went on a business trip. Come back only a day out if their grace period and they absolutely refuse to do anything to help me but instead mock me and tell me «that’s why u should have bought the warranty» with a smug smirk and a bad attitude. Their manager Keith was especially passive aggressive about getting the point across that they sucker punched me and I can’t do anything about it but to suck it up n get out if their store. There’s more horror stories I won’t waste time telling but definitely avoid at all cost
