Complete Computing Inc

The fan broke on my 1 year old HP computer, so I took it in to be repaired. 2 weeks later I called them and they forgot my order… which is fine, stuff happens. 1 year later the fan dies again, I have a friend pull it apart and they show me that 90% of the internals are labeled ‘spare parts’. Complete Computing were the only ones that have opened it prior… so beware!

Took some classes here and it was a great learning environment. Great teaching staff and had everything we needed to do our labs.

Last week my computer crapped out on me and so being the computer dummy I am, I needed some assistance.
I found this place online because it would service my Mac. Since there aren’t any Apple stores around, it was nice to find a place that’s approved by them to get my laptop repaired.
Though the service office confused me because I thought it would be a little more well kept and techy being a computer fix-​it place and all… the people there were really nice and accommodating of the fool of computers that is me. They were nice enough to answer my questions nicely about warranties and what parts such as heat sinks and logic boards do and updated me via telephone on what they were doing with my computer. They called me twice, the first time to let me know they needed to ship it out for me so they could get parts changed, and then a second time a few days earlier than expected to get my goods back.
They were just so very timely and friendly and I am very very impressed with the customer service and my experience with the place.
Hopefully I won’t need to, but I definitely would come again.
