I got great running shoes from someone who really knew what she was doing. It is a little pricey, but that was expected for a smaller place like that. Overall, I was very satisfied with my purchase and experience at Go! Running.

I hear frequently what a great store this is and how wonderful the service is, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. I’ve visited twice in the last month looking for two different items, simple things that I know this store carries, and they have been out of stock both times. I understand it’s a small and popular store, so this is bound to happen, but their«too bad, so sad» attitude really turned me away. Perhaps they could tell I wasn’t the kind of runner they could upsell into hundreds of dollars of gear, but they sure didn’t waste any of that stellar customer service on me. I try hard to invest my shopping dollars in the local economy, but I think in this case I’m better off saving my gas and ordering online.

Wow! I’m a walker, not a runner, but I’ve been having some trouble with my shoes so I thought I would give them a try. What an awesome experience — after a quick gait analysis they brought me multiple pairs of shoes to compare and I left floating on a cloud! Terrific service.

Fantastic place whether you are new to running or a seasoned marathon runner. My husband took me here to buy my first pair of running shoes a few weeks back and Gary was an absolute delight to work with. He spent time ensuring I found the right shoe for my particular running style and talked to my husband about new watches that can assist him to prepare for his next marathon. I loved that Gary and his staff had an informative conversation with us as opposed to just pressuring my husband and I to make a purchase right there and then. Two weeks later, and I was back to purchase the watch that the two of them discussed. Again, the Go Running representative did not disappoint and I had a lovely shopping experience. Also, if you’re affiliated with the military they offer a 10% military discount. Bottom line is, if you’re looking for pressure free environment, impeccable attention to details and friendly personalized service, I would highly recommend this store.

I’ve lost 110 lbs in the last year and have started running 5ks working my way up to 10k and hopefully a half after that. The more miles I started to run I felt like I had boards on my feet jarring my hips and knees. I was running with Nike 4.0 Free. Zero cushion. It was time to get help from the experts. I found them. I’m in Little Rock for work from Fayetteville. I chose Go Running based on the Unilocal reviews. I wish I had gotten their names. My ticket says Gary but the younger man says that I am a high arch. I saw some mid arch that looked nice so I asked to try them on. He said ok but :-). Well. The mids just didn’t feel as good as the high arch Brooks. Tried Saucony(sp) and the Brooks Ghost. Both felt awesome. I went with the Brooks. Trust what these guys advise. Low pressure, knowledgeable, and friendly. Comparable to Fleet Feet or Rush Running in Fayetteville but smaller selection. This was actually better for me. To many options gets overwhelming. This out of towner says give these guys a look.

I was having hip pain upon running and I went to this shop for a new pair of shoes. There was a gentleman with a British accent who was really helpful. He watched me walk and told me what kind of shoes I needed. He also looked at my old running shoes and said that they were definitely too wide but didn’t put any pressure on me to get a new pair. I really liked the pressure free atmosphere. He also invited me to come run with the on their weekly rides. In short, this is what a running shop should be, I had a great experience there and I’ll definitely buy my next pair of shoes from them. also picked up a pair of 30% off running shorts. The best thing is that the hip pain has significantly subsided.

I made up my mind to shop here when I was running and biking at the Two Rivers Park Bridge one hot weekend, and both days I was out, Go! Running had put ice water out for people who were enjoying the bridge on that hot, hot day. There is no water source at that parking lot, and I thought this was a very thoughtful gesture. What I found in the store was the same generous energy. I went in just to buy a few specific things, and the gentleman who assisted me was helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I wanted some kind of light or reflector for when I run in the early morning hours before the sun comes up, a better way to carry my iPhone(in its HUGE Otterbox case) and a new pair of running socks. I was super pleased with everything I bought(and have been using them). When I was paying, I mentioned that I am training for the NYC Marathon, and the man helping me became so effusive and positive about his own experiences in this marathon, I felt so energized. He also gave me great advice about what to expect on the day and told me to come back if I have any more questions about the race. We’ll definitely be returning to this great store! It’s not just a running shop — it’s a community!

Go! Running is, without a doubt, the best running store I’ve come across. They have splendid owners who take time to get to know you and always say hello when you stop by, and they are very active in the community. They also have a tremendous staff that is very helpful. This is a serious running store. They watch you walk, analyze your stride and balance, and then recommend a shoe for you that will be best for your feet and exercise style. They REALLY know their stuff. They also have great apparel, accessories, and other needs for runners. If you need something for running — this is the place!
