We lived in Little Rock for over 18 years and thought this would be a good place to stay. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced in all the hundreds of hotels I have ever stayed. We checked in about mid-evening. There was a great deal of noise in a room across the hall and several doors down. When I took the luggage cart back I asked the lady at the front to have them calm down a little. She started arguing with me about it being their right and I told her they can handle it or the LRPD would. She actually got hateful with me at this point. The next morning my wife and I took our 6 year old daughter to the pool where there were no pool towels. Housekeeping came in and said some were on the way. An hour later there were none so, I went back to the front desk and asked for some. The lady who was there this time told me that there were some on the way in about 10 minutes. I asked if she would give me one. She said no. I said, escuse me? Thinking that maybe I had heard wrong. She said I needed to leave the lobby and that they would be there in 10 minutes. I shook my head and walked away. 45 minutes later housekeeping came back to the pool without towels and told us they would be there in 5 minutes. They pointed to a towel draped over a chair and said she can use that one.(a previous used one) At this point this is three strikes. The 5 minutes turned into 35 minutes and when they got there they were still wet. I have had great experiences at other Hampton locations in the past but, this makes me never want to use Hampton or any of the Hilton Brands. I am a Gold member with Hilton Rewards. So far this story has fallen on deaf ears when it comes to corporate. This tells me they endorse behavior or lying and yelling at customers.

Nice Hampton inn that looks very nice outside and in. Great friendly staff at this location boosted the fourth star. The rooms are typical on par quality and cleanliness. Same for breakfast. Lots of choices for food and shopping nearby.

Sorely disappointed. Hampton Inn, what happened? I chose this place solely on the name. I can usually trust a Hampton Inn. We pulled in, and the grounds looked well maintained. The area was nice enough. I was pleased with the appearance of the lobby and dining area for breakfast. The woman at the front desk was so nice(I miss that southern hospitality when I return to NY). Our room was around back, and so she suggested we park the car around back. So Helpful. We did just that, and entering through the back door were greeted with the smell of pool and bathroom. UGH. We headed up stairs and for once the elevator smelled better than anything else. Our room was on the third floor, and it was stuffy up there. The hallway had no ventilation. We entered the room, and it was tiny. Two double beds. And then we noticed the dampness. It was just uncomfortable. We turned the AC on and up to cool it down and it didn’t seem to work right away. When I closed the curtains I noticed a lot of condensation on the window. Maybe I should have complained and asked for another room, but I didn’t. We left and went out to dinner, and when we came back the room was slightly cooler, but still damp. When I took a shower, I felt like I couldn’t even dry off. We ended up leaving the fan on in the bathroom for background noise and to circulate some air. It was clean, and the bed was comfortable. I just wouldn’t stay there again. I did report the condensation to the front desk on departure, because in the morning there was a huge puddle on the windowsill… I wish I had nicer things to say, but it was just not at all what I had hoped for.

This is a three star property, grading on the curve. Because the properties around it are all 2 star. Service here is solid. Breakfast here is well above average for a 3 star. Everybody is nice. Rooms are spacious. Price is ridiculous. I payed $ 170+/night, close to what I expect to pay for a Hyatt 3 – 4 star property. No gym, just treadmills. The lights in my room were broken and falling apart. The metal toilet paper holder recessed into the wall was falling out of the wall when I checked in; and on the floor after I tried to get paper out of it. I recommend staying at the Hilton or the Doubletree down by the Rivermarket(the Doubletree there is kick ass). If you stay out this direction, go check out the Crowne across the highway unless you need a huge 2-room bedroom.

Clean. Breakfast was free and decent. Wifi signal was weak, but a cable was available. At priceline rate of 60 out the door the price was right. Comfy bed and nice employees. Annoyingly the gps led us behind the hotel as opposed to the front which actually enable you to drive to the hotel.
