The Markham House is rented for long time user. Seem like many use this for temporary assignment. There are many few days user like me. They are very conveniently located next to the University of Arkansas. Very close the War Memorial Stadium.
The room is very spacious. They have high speed internet and they are free. It is really high speed internet. Better than the cheetah can run. The room is clean. Consider suite room, this is affordable price. Breakfast included in the morning. Work out room in the second flood and the breakfast at third floor with good view.
The south building is close to street and noise from the traveling vehicle. So chose the north tower with better noise insulation. The cleaning service only Monday and Thursday.

Staff was friendly but overall will never stay here again. The area isn’t that great to begin with, not to mention everything with the room makes you feel like you’re in low income housing. Everything is dated including the 1990 tube TV, 1970 lazboy, gold curtains, garage sale armoire, and the a/​c sounds like a jet engine. All that I can deal with, but what really threw me over the edge was that I found a big marijuana stem sitting on the chair. Doesn’t really make you feel at home, more like the projects. Won’t be coming here again!

We stayed here with family to spend end of life with a family member. The rooms are spacious and clean. A little dated but we were cared for by the staff with respect and they were very accommodating.

My fiancé and I are staying at the hotel which caters to the hospital across the street, the traffic noise is loud, the walls are paper thin and we are in an average hotel room, not a suite! Which we thought we booked. He is a doctor and trying to access the business center, there is a teenager on facebook and a cell phone using the office for the last 2 hours. We kindly ask the receptionist to call us when the center is free instead of waiting for the other guest, she said she won’t remember so just come back. The service is less than standard and we will be switching hotels. They have provided us a blanket with cigarette burns in it as a blanket! Ew Again this is not a suite and not service we were expecting. i can hear the man next door laughing and talking perfectly.
