Rock Appliance Service

The control panel on my GE oven was cracked and defective. GE replaced it for free and told me it was very easy to install and that I could do it myself. Wrong. There were two wires that would not come out no matter how hard I tried. I called several appliance repair centers asking for advice. All they would tell me was how much it would cost for them to come out and fix it. I finally found Rock Appliance and gave them a call. They asked me to send them a picture and within a minute they called back and told me how to fix it. I saved their number in my phone because they are going to be the first repair shop I call in the future if one of my appliances needs repairs. Amazing customer service!!!
