Went here for surgery 3 weeks ago. The pre-op process went smooth and was fine and I have no complaints. The post-op process was not the best experience. Major privacy issues and I felt rushed. I completed a survey I got from them and gave them the scores they earned which were not the best. The office manager called me to apologize but had to squeeze in that the survey may be my perspective on the care but she felt they did what they should have. So lets get this right you get a poor survey you call to apologize but you squeeze in a dig against the customer? Really! I think I am being generous giving them 2 stars.
