Do not order from this florist using weekend service. They over promised and did not deliver. When they discovered they could not deliver my flowers to a Monday funeral I was not notified. I called for another purpose and was then notified my order from the day before could not be filled. I cancelled and received excellent service from Frances Flower shop, who not only filled my order in 1 hour, they beat all other florists to the service.

Mr. Hurst, the president, called to learn more about a poor service experience within minutes of learning about a recent issue I had. He was so kind to go above and beyond offering a more than reasonable solution to my complaint. I got the sense that he understands customer service and literally cares about his business and each customer.
I have always loved their arrangements and can now say that they deserve my business every time. He made really poor service turn into a wow experience! Thank you!

I just called at 1 pm on a Saturday to place an order because my husband and I had forgotten his mother’s birthday. They show they are open until 6pm. We felt terrible and were trying to get her something delivered on a Saturday. I was transferred from one store to another, had to call back after being cut off and finally told they had no delivery driver. I just won’t be taking my business back here because if I treated my clients this way I would lose my job. It is the age of going above and beyond with customer service. Business is too competitive to not go out of your way to help your customers.
***after my negative review I was contacted by the owner of the company to resolve the issue so I’m changing my 1 star to 5 star. He personally handled my order and saved us! Definitely earned my business back. I will never go anywhere again for my floral needs. Thanks Howard!

They just cancelled an order for me (person discharged from hospital) and didn’t charge me even though they had already made up the arrangement. And they were super nice about it. I always use them when I can; their arrangements are beautiful and classy!

T&H is great for ordering from out of the area — I have a membership card of sorts and when I call they are able to pull up my delivery data, previous flower orders/​preferences, and other relevant information. The arrangements my loved ones have received are always among the best and for the price, I’ve never seen better. Delivery is always a smooth transaction and they deliver it on schedule. Highly recommended!
