Same as other reviews. Bought a Groupon, scheduled online, took off work!!! to be there, no one came, no one called. I called multiple times and no one ever returned my calls. Contacted Groupon and got Groupon bucks. This sounds like a pretty ghetto company, when you call they list a few different business they «run.» DO NOT USE YOCO MAIDS AND CLEANING!

I have the same complaints as the other customers who gave YOCO maids a 1 star. I bought a Groupon and scheduled for YOCO maids to come to my home via Groupon Scheduler. I received an email confirmation of the appointment. YOCO Maids never came to my home. I called their phone number twice and left a clear message with my contact information and I left an email message via their website (because their automated phone message said that they reply faster to emails). They never tried to contact me back. It was a complete waste of my time.
At the very least, Groupon gave me a full refund after I complained to them.

I have contacted Groupon for a full refund. And I filed a report with the BBB. I strongly encourage others to do the same. Consumers need to be protected from scams.

Same as all other reviews. Called them over 20 times to confirm that they were coming, left 5 messages, no response. I did get a confirmation email the day before saying they were scheduled to come, but they were a no show. Luckily Living Social is giving me a refund. Absolutely ridiculous.

do not use! no show, no call after confirming with me. i suppose you get what you pay for. voicemail box is full so no way to get a live person. how unprofessional!
