If I could give zero stars I would. Luigis is the ONLY place out here that delivers, so after a long day and a baby in bed early, we decided to order in. That was a huge mistake. When I called, I was told an hour or less. After an hour and fifteen minutes, I called to ask about our order. The woman on the phone couldn’t find my name or address and after a few minutes of not being on hold but listening to some shuffling on the phone, she came back on to tell me she didn’t have an order for that name leading me to believe they never put my order in. As my husband and I are trying to figure out what were going to do for dinner and whether or reorder from them because our 4 year old was starving, the delivery driver FINALLY pulled in our driveway. Mind you, it was almost an HOURANDTHIRTYMINUTES past when my order was first taken. So I let the woman know and she says, «well no wonder I couldn’t find your order!»(Wait, you don’t keep track of what’s out for delivery in case this happens and someone calls?!) So I hang up and proceed to sit down with my family. We ordered one pizza and garlic bread, not too bad right? Wrong. ITWASCOLD. DISGUSTINGANDCOLD. The pizza needed to be recut because it had clearly been cut so quickly after being taken out of the oven and then sat for so long it melted back together again. No taste to the sauce, no taste to the hard crust, and way too much cheese. We ate it because we were starving, and now I feel ill. The garlic bread was cold and so incredibly greasy I threw it away. Just gross.

Just happened to be passing by Luigi’s and what a wonderful find! The Sicilian pizza was excellent — we got to choose extra toppings and made it «our own». Crust was very tasty, sauce superb and all in all excellent! Will stop some other time if we are traveling in the area.

This place has great pizza! Of course they are Packers fans but they let Bears fans watch the game there. They lost a star on service. They are nice, but just provide small town service.

Great atmosphere and food. Pizza is the best and they have gluten-free options which is always nice.

We are regulars. They are also the only place that delivers out here. We like the za, italian beef, cheese rav and chicken salad. Occasionally we will run into issues with a delivery, however they always make it right.

I have gone to Luigi’s for years and until today, never had a negative experience. We usually order their pizzas to go and drive 25 miles one way to pick them up. Usually, they’ve tasted pretty good and service hasn’t been an issue. Today I ordered a large pan style cheese with extra sausage pizza. My boyfriend drove 25 minutes each way to pick it up for us. When we opened the box, the cheese across the entire pizza was burned and the pizza wasn’t sliced. I called and asked to speak to their manager to let her know what happened. When she answered I politely explained what happened and said I was disappointed. I asked her if perhaps there was a new cook and if they had stopped slicing their pizzas. She said that was not the case. She told me she wanted to look for my sales receipt and was going to check with the kitchen staff. She asked to put me on hold while she did this and said she would come back to let me know what she found out. So I waited for about eight minutes. However, instead of coming back on the line, she disconnected the call. I thought that was extremely rude and unprofessional. She also had my phone number, so if it was an accidental hang up, she could’ve called me back, so I know it was deliberate. That has completely changed my opinion of Luigis. I’d recommend that you check your pizza box before paying for it to make sure you don’t end up getting screwed like we did tonight. Obviously, if you have a problem, management won’t take care of it. I’m very disappointed in their service, particularly by their management who should have handled this in a professional manner.

Luigi’s Pizza was a favorite place for us as children, so it was nice to visit again. Seated promptly, service was great, as it became busier things take longer, as they should, and I am a pretty patient person so the extra time to get our check and boxes was just fine. App– parmesan nuggets — pretty basic but also pretty delicious! their bread dough tossed in parmesan cheese and deep fried with a red sauce to dip in. The serving was HUGE! $ 5?! I mean, they could easily charge 8. Salad– it was iceberg and boring, but i enjoyed the cheese quite a bit, and the caesar salad dressing was better than average We all had lasagna for our entrees, it was a HUGE portion! And topped with a meatball… we were all so full from our App & salad that we barely dug into our main event.

Oh where do I start. We have been to this place a few times in the past and each time it reminds us why we don’t go that often. The portion size definitely got cut in half and it seems every time what we order and what we get are usually two different concepts. Tonight we ordered garlic bread with cheese, and two baked pasta dishes, my significant other got the garden salad and Ordered the southern style chicken soup. The garlic bread came out first and the cheese was melted but not even brown, the underside of the bread was crispy, but it could have definitely been cooked a few more minutes. My girlfriend’s salad came out and the lettuce was wilted and brown, the ranch dressing was tasteless like it has been sitting in the plastic cup for a week as it was pretty runny. The soup I that came was the potato and bean soup, not at all what I had ordered. The portion size between our plates were very noticeable. It was okay but very skimpy on the cheese from previous visits. Now service wise I would rate this place as poor, the receptionist answering the phone(right in plain view of the customers) was visibly annoyed each time she had to pick up the phone. The whole time we were there not once did they come around to ask us how everything was the waitress asked us at the very end if we wanted refills on our drinks after we sat staring at our plates for 20 minutes, while she was too busy flapping her jaws with one of the bartenders, all while we were waiting for our bill and a to-go box. The restaurant was very cold in the temperature, coupled with the poor service and their inability to get the orders correct it is pretty safe to say we will not be returning anytime soon.

I grew up in the chicago area and this has the closest pizza to chicago that i can find. so i eat here. I did order a pizza once — ordered a cheese and sauage with extra cheese– and what do they come back with– a cheese pizza! No meat! What kind of freak would order this! What caused this sin was that the gal that takes the order is not the gal that delivers the pizza. sometimes the servers seem to not pay attention enough. Maybe they are family and they feel that they are untouchable and cant ever be fired. if i drive 20 miles to this place one way– they need to pay a little more attention to detail!

Stopped here with my children on a Friday night. Pizza was absolutely slathered in FAR too much cheese and was just completely overwhelmed by this glut of fat. Worst pizza I have ever had in a restaurant. I live in the Chicago area and Luigi’s doesn’t even come close. If you want to clog your arteries, go for it. Otherwise, look elsewhere.

Yummm — if there was ever a place to go in Green Bay for great pizza and Italian food — this is THE spot. This restaurant is family-owned, therefore you know passion behind the pizza is real. The atmosphere is very comfortable and you almost feel as if you’re home the moment you walk in. I live in Chicago now and miss this place everyday. With the plethora of great Italian restaurants in Chicago — not a single one comes close to Luigi’s. Eat a slice for me!
