Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning

We really like Bernie and Four Seasons. We have had him come out both for regular maintenance and repair. He is honest, efficient, and affordable. Totally recommend him.

Our A/​C was seriously leaking and there were molds all over. We also fear that it might ruin our furnace cause water went there too. It’s summer and we can’t use our A/​C. We decided to contact one of the highest rated HVAC contractor here in Unilocal.To make the story short he wasn’t able to fix it and still got charged $ 150. He said we need to replace our A/​C and will cost us $ 3K. We then decided to just stand the heat and save money to fix our A/​C next year. Until our hero came… My in-​laws contacted Bernie of Four Seasons, he’s the guy who repairs and maintains the A/​C and Heater in the condos at their place in Van Nuys. He actually opened the A/​C unit and fix the cause of leak. The condensation from the A/​C now goes properly thru the pipe. Excellent job! The most amazing thing was he only charged us $ 80. We saved a lot of money, we don’t have to suffer sleepless nights of warm weather and our A/​C is still running perfectly. :) My husband and I can’t thank him enough. I’m surprised he doesn’t have any reviews here. I highly recommend Bernie.

Honest! That’s the first thing I look for in a repairman.
After a recommendation from my good friend Lissa G., I called Four Seasons and Bernie came out the next morning. My air conditioner was blowing warm air, and after a quick inspection Bernie told me that a fuse had blown. One $ 6 fuse later and it was fixed. I was so happy I didn’t have some salesman trying to rip me off.
The service call was $ 75, and it was money well spent. I’d recommend him to all my friends.

Bernie (the owner) who comes to all the calls arrived on time and was ready to get going at 7AM sharp. Bernie was really easy to communicate with, which seems like a rarity nowadays. I explained our issue with our AC unit. Since the line was freezing he suspected low freon.
We went outside and he measured the freon. After using his equipment he showed me it was low and said there may be a leak. Instead of trying to rip me off right away with a costly service he recommended to refill the freon and for us to check if the issue goes away. He also offered to return without a service fee if it does leak and he needs to come back out to check all the lines.
So far so good. If you are looking for an honest, easy to understand AC/​heater company Bernie is your guy. Service fee was $ 75.
