Firehouse Grill

I really like to support locally owned business and I was so happy we came here to eat. It was a cold snowy night a ½ hour before they were to close. The young ladies that were working were all smiles and happy to see us. I ordered the fried chicken with Apple sauce and corn fritters and my husband got the turkey and dressing and mashed potatoes. We didn’t have to wait to long for our food, but our server apologized for the wait and let me know that they were frying my chicken. Now that’s fresh!!! It was delicious and juicy. My husband loved his turkey.
You can tell they have their regulars as the servers were chatting it up with everyone. They even were chatting with us and asking about our Valentines Day plans. It was just a really pleasant experience when I come back in town I will visit them again.

Was getting my car fixed and was told to go to Firehouse while I wait. I walked in and I could tell this place was a legit diner. I sat down in a booth and was greeted by the friendly staff. When I opened the menu I was thinking they gave me a old version because the prices were so low. I got 2eggs — scrapple — hash browns covered in chipped beef (huge portion) — 2 pancakes with their home made peach topping and a ice tea for all under $ 15. The fresh peach topping was soooooooo good and scrapple was made perfectly. I’ll be back next time I am in town.

Good mom & pop diner eats that south central PA is known for. Went Saturday evening and had a nice meal. I recommend the broasted chicken. Reasonable prices and attentive service… sometimes a little TOO attentive as it seemed every person who worked that night stopped at our table to check on us. I guess I shouldn’t complain! We’ll be back.

Super fantastic home fries. Seriously, they have onions and are pan fried to the perfect blend of crisp and potato soft heaven. In all the years I’ve been coming here, my coffee cup has never sat empty; They are just that awesome. Cute and clean little family run place with great priced diner faire that I’d recommend to all locals, though I imagine most of Littlestown already knows about this place.

Wonderful owners. Good «PA style» food. Homecooking. Daily specials. Quality food consistent quality.
