When we bought our home this garage door company had a business card in the garage. We have lived here for 16 yrs. I have called this company 3 or 4 times. Each time they have answered the phone immediately, polite on the phone, timely appt. and great service. I would highly recommend Ned and his company.

They gave us a 2 hour window, 1 – 3 and showed up just before 1. I LOVE that. They came in UNDER the price that they quoted over the phone and fixed our broken garage door quickly. They also came out SAME day! My husband dealt with them mostly, but when I went into the garage, I was greeted nicely.
You never know what someone is going through on a particular day and business owners are no different. Maybe someone’s sense of humor is different than yours, but it’s a lesson I’m learning and something I try to keep in mind when writing reviews. No one is perfect so if they do a good job, unless they are blatantly rude or threatening, try giving them the benefit of the doubt.
In this case, we didn’t have to — they did a great job and I’d have them come out again should we have a need for their services.

I experienced nothing but rudeness and condescension from the contractor. There was no courtesy call to tell when he would be arriving. I heard a noise in my garage and came out to find a ladder already set up. He had not even knocked on my door to tell me he as on my property. The first words he spoke to me were «Somebody turned up the power on your garage door all the way.» As if I was the one silly enough to do that or even knew what it meant. Then when I asked if he could fix it, his response was how fixed do you want it. Um… so it’s working. After he left the button by the door didn’t seem to work, which worked before he arrived. I called the company back and they told me I would have to pay for a new part. When I discussed the situation with the contractor he got defensive and angry with me and even called me names. I hung up the phone on him and will not be calling them again.
