This is a neat little place where everyone knows your name if you go there enough. The service was great and food was priced about right while being tasty. They had a good stock of beer to choose from and if you want to play shuffleboard then its free. The pool tables are in the back for a fee and you can catch a game on their nice TVs, so stop by and have a beer, some food, and watch the game.

The bartenders are always welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The food is also better than most bar food. They have a full menu, and the best green chili I’ve ever had.

Typical dive bar located in a strip mall. Came here for karaōke for a friend’s birthday. They have a decent song list and efficient, friendly service. Lots of parking which is nice.

First time, on a Friday night. Seems like a friendly crowd, some nice open space, not packed with tables. People seemed to be having a good time. Pool tables in back. Got service at my table very quickly. Only downside – and this is a very personal preference – music was way too loud… But I guess some people love carrying on a conversation with someone they can’t hear very well :-)

An ok ok sports bar open till 12 outside downtown. Loved it just for fact that they are open till 12. Saw a pool table too, would love to stop by quite often here for a game or 2 of pool.

this is a old school tavern with good hamburger and mexican. good prices, does cater to regulars who are not the youngest but has good service and will remember their customers. they have been in business for about twenty years. a true neighborhood tavern.

Sucks. Red headed bartender could give a rip about anyone but regulars. Ordered wings for $ 8. Got 8 n 2 broken. I should have gone across the parking lot to Old Chicago. I won’t come back when she’s working.

I love this bar! I mainly go for the karaōke but I get there early so I can have their food! Don’t be scared by the«dive» style atmosphere! I would like to see more karaōke and less talking though. I hear a lot of complaints on people who want to sing but have to wait for the DJ to tell jokes and play songs so that people can get up and dance. But all in all, they have fundraising activities for all sorts of events, poker games, and plenty of other things to do. Think if it as a Mexican restaurant, meets and all American burger joint, meets a sports bar, meets Cheers! Try it!

The other reviews sum Alibi’s up well– it is a small neighorhood bar in a strip mall, from the outside looks divey but it is clean– 2 or 3 out of 5 stars is the best it will do. Very clique-y with regulars, if you start a conversation they will talk with you but if you’re not one of them you are not one of them, this includes the waitstaff. The bar hosts its own Texas Hold’em tournament Saturday afternoons and while outsiders are allowed to play the insiders and regulars can make it uncomfortable at times. We were really dismayed at the number of «black jokes» made at an African-American man who was playing one day, he laughed and took it in stride but I couldn’t help thinking«what if we started making bald jokes, how would the bald guys feel?» Same thing happened to another guy when the jokes started about Democrats, he finally got up and left. Ha ha yuk yuk.

This place is pretty sucky. First, the food is 2nd rate. I had a BLT that just looked like they did a Bacon Cheeseburger and removed the burger. How lame. Second, I think the boyfriend of one of the bartender’s was given free unlimited usage of the jukebox and so it just played his shitty Eagles’ songs the whole. Third, the bartenders have an attitude where they are nowhere good looking enough to act like that! No manners whatsoever and just stupid. Avoid if you can. Much better places out there.

Great green chili and it is an awesome dive bar.(A regular brought in some ribs for everyone in the bar when we were here). Great people, service, and awesome prices. This is an anyplace to spend $ 20.

Cold Beer, So So Wings & no discernible ambiance. And mostly country music on the jukebox. I took a wrong turn here. The clientele at the bar seemed to like it, however.

Love it! I will definitely be back. So, this is a neighborhood bar in a strip mall. But, its not the dive you expect. It’s nice, the service is good, the drinks are cheap and happy hour is a great deal($ 2 coors light drafts). While their menu includes the usual fried favorites(mushrooms, zucchini, cheese, onion rings) it also has a selection of real food as well. I will definitely be back to check out karaōke at Alibi’s.

So from my experience all I can say is if you’re under 50 and don’t eat at the bar, don’t expect much from this place. Although the only server there was pleasant, she also seemed more concerned with her«regulars» that were posted up at the bar which I swear to god no one was under 50!!! However, if you want to go somewhere for lunch where you don’t get bothered and not in a huge rush and want something inexpensive and no shee shee foo foo then here’s your spot. Funny thing, so the server dropped ice on the floor at our table and rather than picking it up/wiping it up, she just kicked the ice cubes aside and joked about it, which was cool, just was odd.

has karaōke couple times week, and the DPT as well. Not shabby for a suburb bar if you feel like getting loaded behind the big lot’s.
