If you value your life and/​or mental health, do not go here. These people are the master of the runaround. It took me forever to be able to get into the system, and even when I did, it takes more of forever to get a freaking appointment. You have to try calling at 6−7am every single morning until you get in. Treacherous.
My main issue, though, is how they just booted me out of the system, KNOWING that without insurance, I wouldn’t be able to get back in. What kind of public health place turns down people because they don’t have insurance? Exactly what service are you performing for the public, then? I’ve called several times, and no one will even connect me with my doctor, Shawna Reynolds, much less schedule an appointment. No one has returned my calls or messages. Apparently she doesn’t speak directly with her patients unless they’re in her face. Real professional.
Save your life and don’t go here. They’ll have you even deeper into your mental situation than you were before.
