The best customer service I’ve had in a while! By far the most friendly and helpful staff I’ve ever met with ANY carrier! Thanks to Corey, David, and Ania(I hope I’m spelling that right). They’re definitely you’re best bet if you are looking for efficient and kind!

This was one of the best ATT stores I have ever been at. I think the reviews prior are of people who don’t understand patience or understand what entails of working in retail. If you want good service come to this store, you won’t be disappointed.

The employee at the front door(Nick) said it would be a 30-minute wait, on a Sunday afternoon! Wrong answer. Hire some more staff you cheap bums. We’ve been here before and this was the same store that cheated us out of a discount on an accessory, after purchasing 5 new iPhone5s’s. We had to go to the Park Meadows store(30-minute drive) to get the right credit. And once again, they pretty much lied about discounts and credits for buying an HTC phone. As we got to the end of the activation process, the rep was«very sorry» but the phone we picked out(and had been talking about for over 45 minutes) was not eligible for the $ 50 credit! Arrgh! I will stand on my 1-star rating.

At&t has awful customer service and are very misleading. In December 2013 I tried to set up auto pay and could not complete it due to my zip code. I never did complete it and at the beginning of January 2014 I made one payment to bring my bill current. The representative I spoke too said I could call whenever to pay the remaining balance. She said NOTHING about auto pay on my account. THREE days later they pulled the balance and caused my account to be charged four over draft fees due to other bills that were pending. I called and complained to so many representatives and managers and supervisors. All of them told me they would get this resolved and I could have the money refunded back to my account. After setting up a case and sending in PROOF(bank statements, text messages, even representatives first and last names) they told me that this was my fault and they would not pay me back. They were willing to credit my account for the amount of over draft fees, but that doesn’t pay back the family I had to borrow the money from. Once my billing cycle is up in February I will be taking my service elsewhere. HORRIBLE service and their representatives DONOTKNOWHOWTODOTHEIRJOBS! They will lie to you and promise things that cannot be done just to get you off the phone.

I have always received great service from AT&T stores but this has to be the worst service I have ever received in a store. I don’t blame AT&T entirely, but this store was very bad.

Great service and professional. I went for an iPhone upgrade and I was out in less time than I thought it would take. This is my second time using this location. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff.

Normally I would not place a review of a retail store but the service, attitude, and outright dishonesty exhibited by assistant manager Jamie Cardenas compels me to warn others. I went to the store to replace a 5 month old hot spot that had failed. I called AT&T customer service and wasted a half hour of my life just to be referred to a warranty center in Denver to solved the problem after speaking to the warranty center it turns that is just the name of the place and they perform no warranty work or assistance on site. I called the Littleton store and spoke with Chas Johnson and was informed by her that I should come in and buy another at a reduced price because I already have a contract and the faulty equipment and waste of my time is AT&Ts fault. I drove an hour after speaking to Chas and was helped at the counter after it came time to pay assistant manager JAMIECARDENAS came over and said it was not possible to replace the hot spot without a new contract or I would have to pay full retail on the device the difference being over $ 160.00 I said I spoke to Chas and at that point Jamie hustled Chas in the back not to return and then proceeded to lie to my face. First sentence from Jamie was«Chas should not have told you that and she misspoke» The next sentence Jamie contradicted herself and said«Chas never told you anything» Not wanting to waste any more time with the disheveled manager I decide fine I will just buy the device and sort the warranty later. Jamie Cardenas proceeded to further her plan of disservice and informed me that if I returned the device I would be charged a sizable restocking fee. Bottom line the management is deeply flawed at this location and will try to actually cause customers harm. Beware
