While the work may be adequate, there are other contractors who are not so miserable about it. Bobs condescending, insolent, disrespectful and offensive attitude will ensure that I never recommend B&B Appliance services to anyone.
I also had to call several times on different days to even get an appointment scheduled and he was inflexible about the timing so I had to take a day off work.
Consumer Beware! Awful customer service with mediocre work and prices.

I highly recommend Bob! We had one company quote us a $ 900 part plus $ 226/hr for labor to replace a circuit board in our furnace. Bob came out & informed us the part was only $ 150 & his labor rates were MUCH more reasonable. Bob was even kind enough to do a quick repair on our oven at no extra charge as well as give a great recommendation when we get around to replacing our washer (which brand to purchase & what to avoid) based on dependability & ease of repair. Bob is a very knowledgable and honest appliance repairman. I will always return to B & B if I’m presented with repair needs again.

Bob recently came to our house to look at our refrigerator. We were not happy to find out it was the compressor. They are very pricey. Bob and his assistant were very helpful in letting my wife know what was going on. He replaced a part he thought would work but to no avail. Bob did charge us for the part and labor. I called Bob after two days and explained my distress with the price as we got no results. Since, we had to buy a new refrigerator at this time, the part was needed on our end. He was very helpful in coming to a great compromise for both of us. I will recommend this company and Bob to everyone I know. They were on time, very friendly, and understanding of our situation. They get an A+ in customer service and satisfaction.

We love Bob and call him for service whenever we need something he can do.
He’s done the whole house air conditioning on one home– also with a brand new furnace– and just replaced our insanely crazy water heater.
Always does everything on time– on price– and extremely quick. No problems at all– and let me tell you– I seem to be a magnet for contractor problems. You can feel free to contact me with any questions also.

Call BOB! I had a home out of Bob’s normal service area but he went above and beyond to help me get my furnace up and running on a –10 degree day. NO OTHER repair shop in 50 miles was willing to help! If I was in the West Denver area I would call Bob!

Are you constantly worried about eye damage because your house is so cold that your nips are like daggers? If so, call Bob!
When it comes down to it, for the most part, furnaces are pretty similar. What made my determining factor was the knowledge of the installer.
Bob of B&B impressed me because he was «the guy». He answered the phone calls, he visited for the estimate, he did the install. Not only did he get the job done, but he was the only contractor that i requested an estimate from that actually walked around my house to determine airflow and insulation thickness.
Reasonably priced and dedicated to satisfaction, not to mention a great sense of humor, Bob is good choice for your next furnace repair/install.
