I would love to be able to say the home I rented was in perfect condition, but it wasn’t, being more than 20 years old. There were several issues over the course of 18 months. Laura and Kerri worked with us to quickly address the issues that came up.
I’ve found that one of the best barometers of character is a prospective supplier’s business partners and service providers. The HVAC specialist we worked with was impressive, knowledgably walking me through details of repairs to the heating system just as he would the owner of the home. When one of the irrigation system controllers went kaput my experience was similar.
When I needed to exit the lease early because of a corporate relocation Beacon was able to quickly find a new tenant and minimize the associated costs.
From start to finish I didn’t see Beacon as ‘The Landlord’ but as a partner in making a rental property a home.

We have nothing but amazing things to say about Beacon Property Management! We were stuck in a messy situation where the owner of our condo was selling our property and Laura helped my fiancé and I though the entire process. She was so helpful and even tried to find us a new place to move into. Laura was great! The entire office staff is professional and very easy to work with. Laura honestly wanted the best for my family and she did everything possible to make everything run as smooth as possible. Laura always returns calls or emails and has been the BEST company we have EVER rented from! Great Company!!! :)
