The guy working here was friendly and helpful. I’ve only stopped once but didn’t have anywhere close to the bad experience as the other reviewers did. I even brought my 1 ½ year old with me and, despite the sign saying to ‘watch your children closely’ posted on the door, the owner encouraged me to let him explore while I shopped. The selection was a bit limited for what I was looking for but the owner did go into his recently arrived but unpacked stock to show me some other selections. Said they also offer some free classes. I had a nice experience and would go back.

I think this place is open for their own excuse to bead. The owner was quite insulting and demeaning. I cannot say I’d ever recommend the store to anyone.
Rudeness does not make for repeat customers.
If you’re an artist, then sell your art online or open a gallery. Close your store as you have no idea what customer service is.

As a small crafter/jewelry maker, this place is very handy to have around the corner. They offer good prices on Swarovski crystals that they have in stock.
Sterling silver chain prices are a touch higher than online, but in a pinch it’s negligible.
I saw the other one star review. However if you get to know the owners there is a strong reason for the seemingly unfriendly signs at the door.
I like that I can get supplies from a local family!

If I could give no stars I would! Worst customer service. When you ask a question they act like you are beneath them. First time I thought it was an oversight second time I realized it was just the way they are! Will never return…
