Budget Blinds of Littleton-Morrison

No job to difficult for Sally and Neil!!! We had been turn away by other companies to afraid to help find blinds for arched windows. Neil and Sally helped us find not only a solution but beautiful as well! We are so please with our final product that we are the new envy of the neighborhood!!!

I was thrilled with Sally and Neil. They were the last ones to give us a quote on our plantation shutters. They provided the most thoughtful ideas for our unusually large windows so as not to compromise our fabulous views. Their prices were better than the other two firms by a meaningful amount and accordingly we came in a few thousand under budget — which for plantation shutters is awesome. I recommend them to my friends and to you too.

I’m over the moon happy I went with Budget Blinds for vertical blinds in our living room. The selections they have far exceed anything I saw from online providers. Great to have Sally and Neil take the time to come out and properly measure, then come back and do the entire install. I would use them again.

I first learned about this company after seeing an ad in a magazine. When I looked them up online, I found Sally Cooney-​Lane & Charles (Neil) Lane were the local owners. I contacted Sally to set up an appointment, and although she got back to me rather quickly, it was 2 weeks out before we could coordinate our schedules and get her out to my home. That was frustrating in itself!
When Sally arrived at my home, she was kind enough to ask it she should remove her shoes; which I thought was the decent thing to do. She was also nice enough to make small talk with while at my home for 2.5 hours, so this is the only reason for the 2 stars!
The customer service was terrible. Sally arrived at my home at 9:20am for a 9:30am appt. (this is not the terrible part). Not only was she in my home for 2.5 hours reviewing my window treatment needs and measuring the windows where I desired coverings and blinds, but after all that time I still did not receive a quote! Finally around 12pm, I mentioned that I had another appt. to get to myself and that she could email me the financial information, since she said it would take awhile to price out. Although I was irritated that I had no idea what the cost would be for my shades & blinds, I said that’s fine, because I just wanted her out of my house so I could go on with my planned day.
Sally emailed me 2 days later… but NOT with a quote! She asked to set up another appt. to show me an additional product that she thought would work for me and to review my quote. Ah no! I did not want to put aside additional time when she had sufficient face time with me 2 days prior to deliver what I needed. I simply replied that she please email me a quote based on the information me discussed and then we could decide if another appt. was necessary. To my shock, I have received no response! Not even a «sure, let me get back to you on that», just nada! The email was 1 week ago and the appt. was 9 days ago… unbelievable! I wasted 2.5 hours of my day, not to mention 3 weeks of my time that I could’ve had another company out to my home and my window shades & blinds order placed by now. Just disappointing!
I would not recommend this branch of the company based on my recent experience.
