We walked in on a Saturday and all the sales people were busy. We looked around for awhile and were about to leave and a salesman walked up to us and answered all our questions and did not try to oversell us. He was very nice and easy to work with. So we sit down in the office and he hands me his card and in my total surprise he is the President and owner of Carpet Mill!!! Jim!!! He wrote up the contact and then the store manager came in and finished the transaction.
I was so happy that we got to meet him and he didn’t reveal who he was until he made the sale. He was at that store just checking in and jumped in to help us!!! I will continue to do my business there. Thank you, Jim!!!
