Dr. Knapp and his staff have ALWAYS been very helpful and supportive. I have special needs related to migraine headaches and they’ve always been sensitive and understanding, working to ensure I receive the best care possible. When it comes to eye care, I want the best care possible for my family and myself and have always received that high level of care from Dr. Knapp and his staff, year after year.

Got my first set of glasses here over 5 years ago. The last pair had a problem with them — and the staff got them replaced for me for free!
I’m very happy with both the care I get here, and the office staff.

High pressure and sales. Was given a dirty look and questioned when I asked for my prescription. Red flag! if you are a paying customer you have the right to get your prescription. The blond at the front desk is extremely rude. Saw another customer being treated poorly while i was there. The gentleman was complaining about their service. They don’t follow through on what you ask them to do, and do things that they should not be doing. I can not and will not recommend this place. I did think the Dr. was really nice and did a great job at explaining at every step. I really liked Dr. Knapp and looked forward to seeing him again. Had it not been for the incredibly rude and snooty blonde that runs the front desk staff I would have come back and had my family come to see him too.

Been going to Dr Knapp for about 7 or 8 years now, and as long as I’m in the Denver area, I’ll keep going there. The staff is always nice and friendly. Dr Knapp is a very nice guy, and honest with his patients.
I have no complaints about going here, and would recommend them to anyone seeking an eye doc.
