Update. After spending time talking to several people. I slowly went higher up the chain with enpty promises to correct the issues. Many assurances, and a lot of talk to correct the situation, but to no avail. I stand by my statement. I am happy that I will not go back.

It’s chilis, not a gourmet, culinary, or trending destination. But it does have decent food at decent prices. I’ve always liked their burgers and sandwiches. The chips and salsa are good too. I like going to chilis for lunch, for around $ 10 you can get a variety of lunch specials.

Not a bad location, quick and easy. Wish they used better ingredients. We only go if there is no option or if family wants it.

Wish the food was better but sadly after 3 visits here=nope. I have tried different menu options on different nights but all came out cold/undercooked/overcooked or just wrong. Such as: Cold/Dry Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas Overcooked Burger and most recently Room Temperature Prime Rib Tcos served with cold lumpy rice sad Service at this location has been much better than the food– which doesn’t say too much I guess. sad Maybe this restaurant is a great place for a drink? Better off eating before coming to this Chili’s location

Pleasantly surprised on our visit. We’d not been to a Chili’s in ages and definitely didn’t expect delicately cooked fish with well balanced spices. We also didn’t expect to want to go back, but I think this will be a new fall back for us if we ever can’t decide what we’re in the mood for. Also caught an unexpected happy hour deal, two adorable mugs of Blue Moon to share, which was just the right amount with our entrees and app! It may not look much different than your run of the mill chain, but it’s revamped menu has some refreshingly fresh options.

Consistant chain. Nothing special but it is predictable.

Nice place. Waiter was fine, a little busy so not the greatest service. I had the smothered chicken burrito. It was good but a little too salty and I love salt. Chips and salsa were good and what u would expect. We had a larger group of 8 and we were able to get seated right away which was nice.

The last three times we have gone there the chicken has been under cooked. At least it wasn’t raw this time but if defiantly didn’t taste right. We keep going back thinking it’ll get better but so far we have been wrong:(

It’s Chili’s, you know what you’re getting into when you come here. This location is no different than any of the other 1,000 out there. Mediocre food, mediocre prices, mediocre staff. C across the board. Good thing we had a gift card!

When out and about for a quick meal showing homes, Chilis is quick an my favorite staple is Quesadilla Explosion Salad. After work, the Bloody Mary’s are quite tasty.

Being new to the area, we were pretty excited to see a Chili’s. It may sound silly, but there weren’t any close to us before and this is only a few minutes from our home. I was a little worried to see so few stars on Unilocal, admittedly, but we decided to give it a try. Our waitress was very nice, friendly, and courteous. There were a few times where she was gone for a bit longer than we would have liked, but it really wasn’t very long or a big deal! The service was pretty good. I ordered a California Turkey Club sandwich. It was good! The bread was buttery and warm. I liked the avocado/turkey/tomato/bacon combination. My boyfriend got the appetizer trio. He thought they were good, too. I tried a cheese curd and it was exactly what you’d expect. There were tablets on the table to play games/order/pay, as some other reviewers have mentioned, but our waitress was very clear about how we didn’t have to use it if we didn’t want to. I thought it was pretty convenient. It was a bit of a bummer that games would have been 99 cents to play — I’m sure customers would appreciate that being free. Overall, not a bad experience at all. We will definitely return.

Food is ok. Horrible service. 45 minutes for food. Wasn’t the kitchens fault but our server’s fault. Our food came out cold. She had us and another table to attend to so I know she wasn’t busy. Chilis has gone downhill fast. 3rd chilis location with horrible service that we have been to.

Pretty sure chili’s is a staple no matter where you go. Good variety of food, usually quick service. Ability to pay at the table is a bonus.

Service is always friendly, wait is never to long, always clean, and food is always great. Prices are fair, too. This place rocks all the time. My only gripe is the parking lot is a little small, but that’s not their fault! You may have to park across the street, but it’s not that bad.

Ugh… Disappointment. Very impersonal with the tablet ordeal. Was looking forward to some fajitas but they were drenched in a very potent seasoning and was loaded with onions. My boyfriend wanted some big, meaty, fatty full rack of Chili’s ribs and was sadly disappointed. They were not filling.

What happened to the faved ribs(they’ve shrunken considerably!) and the best frozen hot chocolate shake on this side of the states(couldn’t find it on the menu anymore) I was looking forward to trying the new BBQ ribs, was gonna get the Dr. Pepper but changed to Craft Beer last minute after our server told us how sweet the soda one would be. Only got a half-rack, but is that why? The ribs were so «skinny», it’s almost just skins and bones. Sigh. We enjoyed Chili’s tortilla chips, they were thin and crispy; the salsa was OK. Onion rings were… the only acceptable choice off of the appetizers portion of the 2 for $ 20 feature. A word of advice, can there be a non-fried option? For the mains, we chose the 6oz sirloin(cooked medium, and it was still chewy, this proves there can be no good steak for under $ 10!). The chicken fajitas have all the fixin’s, wouldn’t be opposed to trying carnitas next time. There were two types of potato sides(2 for $ 20 is shaping up to be a really good deal, huh!): the skillet potato wedges was horrible: over-fried and hard as a rock! The cheesy mashed/whipped potato, also served in a little cast iron skillet, on the other hand, was really good. Makes you wonder! The steamed broccoli accompanying the steak were like a little breeze in a hot summer — much welcomed! The best dish at our table that night was the Ancho Chili Salmon, found on the Lighter Choice section of the menu. Don’t expect wild caught salmon here, but at least it’s flaky and tender. Rice and steamed broccoli were both enjoyable sides. For dessert, we tried the Skillet Toffee Fudge Brownies in a skillet, topped with a big scoop of ice cream. All I can say is, it tastes artificial/from a mix. Not worth the almost $ 7 price tag. Our server was a sweet lady, I just wish she would’ve tipped us off by saying there’s going to be a 99 cents charge for playing with the desktop entertainment unit, which guests would more than 90% of the time think it’s a system to place orders. Pretty sneaky of Chili’s.

Great place to come for Happy hour, it’s 2 for 1 beers and the food is extremely cheap during happy hour. They now have these game gadgets you can use when you are waiting for your food or drinks for an additional 99cents. The staff at the bar is always super friendly and easy to talk to. The food is mediocre and sometimes it’s too packed to get in around 5 or 6pm.

Ok, I get it, it’s Friday night and they are busy, but the service was terrible. Sat at the bar. Waiting almost 15 minutes to get a menu. Waitress didn’t even ask us for a drink order. Another 7 – 10 go by. Our order was taken. Waited 20 min for a double order of fajitas. Fajitas were burned to a crisp. Waitress didn’t come by until the end. She didn’t ask us a word, dropped off the check. We won’t be coming back. Terrible overall experience. Their service and food has gone down.

We had a bad experience with the to go part of this Chili’s. However we have been back numerous times lately and had great service every time and love the New Mexican items on the menu. We also feel we get great value and our kid gets to play on their tablet for 99 cents. He loves it even though he has his own. Good place for good food and football !

:-(No matter how many locations we go to its all horrible. We want to like it because there are so many of them but even my 6year old won’t eat their food. Bummer
