Bill’s team did a great job cleaning the carpets at both my office and home. They were on time and were able to get some old stains out of the carpets that past cleaners have not been able to (and a month later they are still gone!). I will definitely be using CIA again in the future for our carpet cleaning.

These guys are fabulous. They cleaned my stained carpets and it looks brand new. It is fun to be home again with the new fresh smell ! They came to clean my carpets and I left them here with the cat (the one who makes the most mess) and the job was done before their estimated time and it was inexpensive. I will use them again and again !

We had two 5×8 carpets that were way overdue for a cleaning. The owner Bill picked them up and dropped them off at our apartment at our convenience. He was very nice and gave us a free spot cleaner when he dropped them off. We had a ombré hand dyed rug and it looks better than new! There was no loss of color and he even got out pet stains. I believe his wife might be the phone receptionist which is super-​cute. Highly recommend!
