I give it 0 stars(but it wouldnt let me leave it blank .) because the first time I went a year ago my thumb nail broke. And I went again this Saturday and my nails were already«lifting» from only being on 1 – 2 days!!! I went back Monday since they were closed Sunday and told«ken» I think his name was who did my nails that they were ALL coming up and he only fixed my thumbs ! And a day n half later after he «fixed» them once again they were lifting !! I will NEVER go back again !! Don’t wait ur money! So now I’m having to find another place who will actually do a good Job…

I have been going to Contempo Nails for about 5 years. In reading the reviews below, I would like to comment. Nail places have employees who come and go. It is part of the business. My experiences, overall, have been excellent. For instance, I have been places that don’t work so hard at removing dry skin during pedicures. However, at Contempo Nails, this is taken care of. Everyone has different needs but this happens to be mine. A friend of mine recommended them many years ago and I have been there since. As for the prices, the prices are appropriate for the service and value received. I really can’t imagine finding a place for the service offered at much less than what is already charged. If it takes an extra $ 5.00 to get a fantastic pedicure, then I am all in, and that is what I receive on a consistent basis. This is the first review I have ever written but have grown to trust and respect the staff, run by Lily. Hope this helps you with your decision.

Pricey for the service, but in a convenient location. This is the kinda place that never seems to be busy(kind of a bad sign, right?) so you can walk on in without an appointment. Even if you have to wait a little while, there are stores and food in the shopping center to keep you entertained until it’s your turn. I got a mani/pedi. Pretty average. Not the worst, but definitely not the best. I can say that the polish has stayed on my fingers/toes for 5 days now(which is better than I can say about Southwest nails) and still looks nice. The pedicure lady finished before the manicure lady, so she offered me a white sand treatment for an extra $ 5. Sure, $ 5, why not? Damn! She nearly made me cry! It’s some kind of exfoliating and literal«sanding» of your feet to make them smooth. I’m not talkin about that rock they smooth your feet with, I’m sayin picture her commin at your feet with sand paper. It hurt really, really bad for quite a while. So, I don’t recommend that upgrade. The«spa» chairs don’t massage, they just move forward and backward :(It’s a little boring, they don’t give you a magazine or have a TV on or anything. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place, but if you’re in the area and need the job done, go for it. I think I spent $ 35 for the mani/pedi + $ 5 for the white sand treatment.
