I always bring my computer to these guys. They are friendly, helpful, and patient in answering all my questions. I bought a used computer from them 2 years ago and it’s still running strong. Plus they give me discounts for any maintenance I need. The pricing beats anywhere else I’ve looked.

I’m really sorry for the other reviewer’s experience. I found these guys competent. My daughter downloaded an Über Trojan that I simply could not get off with Free-​Ware. So I bit the bullet and took it in for $ 160. They gave it back to me and still the virus came up.
Here is the best part! After the second look they informed me there are no definitions to handle it. I waited for the other shoe to drop ($$$).
NOPE! They loaded Windows 7 (I had Windows 8 and everyone hated it). AND they reloaded Office 2010. Class act all the way. I will be back (hope not tho of course.)

I brought my computer in for some dead screen pixels and a burned out mother board, and I was told I would have my laptop by the following Wednesday. A week after the expected date I finally got my laptop back, with the delay being explained that mail was running slow for them (found this out after 3 days of calling wondering when I could have my it back). I also ended up with a new hard case (which I didn’t really even want as I had personalized and loved my own). I was willing to let this go, but a month after I got my laptop back I went to use my disc drive for the first time, and it would not read any disc I put in, despite the fact that it worked before I took it in. I immediately took my laptop back, and I was told to call them in a bit for an update (and it was implied that I may have to pay for extra work in fixing the problem). I was then told the owner couldn’t get anybody to come in to look at my laptop, (apparently he w/couldn’t do it himself) and would have to wait a day or two. I opted to get it back as I had work that I need to do get done on it. That night I went to play some music on the speakers and found my once perfectly working speakers were crackly and randomly had static (ie dying). I paid nearly $ 500 for repairs and ended up with those repairs done, and a whole new set of problems. I have not taken it back because I don’t have the money to pay for the additional repairs of the items that were damaged in the process of their work last time, and in truth my trust in the company is miniscule. The young man who I have encountered there several times (Shawn?) was very nice and tried to be helpful. I am not sure if their prices are good or not but I certainly hope they didn’t charge me for the cover I neither requested nor wanted. I would say pay the price for geek squad or at least somewhere that will guarantee everything else will still be working, as well, by the time you get your laptop back. This place doesn’t seem worth their costs, whether or not their prices are good)
*Update: Nope prices are ridiculous. Especially since I have had to take my laptop elsewhere for additional repairs. Apparently they tore up the rest of the shell around the keyboard when they «fixed» it. I took it to get fixed because the charging port stopped working. They failed to properly attach it to the motherboard, which was what was replaced by expercomp, and it ended up just causing more damage. Also that new cover they gave me, falling apart. I also ran into a person who just loves the red shell they bought from here, especially since it has these great fairy stickers that look an awful lot like mine. This. Place. Sucks.
