Family favorite. Food is outstanding, staff are super nice, and atmosphere is amazing. You know it’s great when your picky 7 yr old asks for it all the time.

I really like the sandwiches, but the greeting when you walk in the door has got to go. The most annoying«tradition» of any placed I’ve been to. I would go more often, and give a better rating if they would just knock off that nonsense.

You can’t beat the Engineer fully involved on wheat. It’s so delicious! The sandwiches are always super fresh and the flavor us amazing. The staff greeted everyone as they walked in the door, even the FedEx guy! I’m impressed with the overall experience I have every time I walk into Firehouse. Keep up the good work!

One of my favorite lunch spots(I work from home and this is right down the street). The food is very consistently good and the service is always friendly and quick even during a heavy lunch hour.

Awesome sub shop. The guys behind the counter greet you with a hearty welcome when you walk into the store. As a novice, I didn’t really know what they did well. The gal who took my order walked me through the various sandwiches and made some general recommendations(of which I now have tried all of them — FABULOUS). Choose the meatball. SOO good. The atmosphere is casual, with décor along a firefighter theme. Not great, but not bad either. Sandwiches are brought to you at your table with a smile. The Italian sub is even better than the meatball. Get it «fully involved» — you’ll love it even more. The large is worth the extra $$ — the medium doesn’t feel like a full sandwich. All in all, for a sub shop, these guys are a slice above.

Fast, fresh, friendly, delicious. This is my second time here. Hook and Ladder is excellent. Brisket also highly recommended. Love that they had the Stanley Cup on. IMHO, better than Jimmy John’s. Bye, bye Subway.

A great alternative to Subway or any of the other sandwich shops around town. The crew here are pleasant and always seem happy to help you with your sandwich wants. A great place for a quick lunch or split a sandwich for a snack.

What is the point of having online ordering if when you get there to pick it up the people arriving after you and ordering at the store still get their food ahead of yours, get your shit together

Great subs. Annoying staff. I have been here three times and the food is always awesome. However the staff makes me never want to come back because of their fake happiness.

STOPSAYINGWELCOMETOFIREHOUSE!!! I can’t even get to the food until I express my sincere annoyance with their lame a** greeting of every single customer. I’m sitting in the restaurant right now cringing when anyone walks in. My husband and I have to psych ourselves up everytime we come here. We joke that if we could order online and have them bring it to our car so we didn’t have to hear that ridiculous greeting, we would eat here way more often. It’s annoying, insincere, and just plain makes no sense. Just stop already. PLEASE??? Now I can address the food. I seriously love it. It’s fresh tasting, has quality ingredients, and has tons of options. I really wish I could come more often to taste more sandwiches, but it’s a true chore to make myself put up with the stupid saying. Firehouse Littleton– listen up! Your business would be way better if you were just friendly and attentive and dropped the sham. Just stop already. I really want to come here more, but if I hear the guy in the glasses say«welcome to firehouse» one more time, I might lose it.

For a new location, they haven’t really embraced the franchise culture yet. Their welcome shout is lackluster and seems more like a pain for them to have to acknowledge customers. Either do it right, or just don’t, but as it stands it makes the customers feel uncomfortable. Management can easily rally and get this fixed. The food is great and par with other Firehouse subs. I recommend the New York Steamer. To really make it great, use the Firehouse sauce. There is one problem related to my love for their hot sauce — once someone has used a bottle it gets slimed with meat juice and then the bottles all get stacked up on the counter. If you don’t get a new bottle, you are basically grabbing a nasty petri dish and meat juice slime every time you want to put sauce on your sandwich. They need to put the sauce in a dispenser and let people squirt some into a cup, otherwise the health department could have a hayday.

I have heard nothing but great things about Firehouse Subs. So I was excited to see a location opening up close to where I live. We have been waiting for this location for open for quite some time. We were actually wondering if was ever going to open. It finally opened September 4th! On our first visit the manager actually came around the counter and explained the whole Firehouse Subs offerings. They do not offer small subs, just medium and large. You can actually double the meat on your sandwich, if you are so inclined. The manager was very nice and had a sense of humor to boot. I tried the Pork and Slaw sandwich on my first visit. Pulled pork, slaw, cheese, and a sweet mustard on a King’s Hawaiian roll. This is one of their limited time offerings and it was delicious. The prices are a little higher than some of the other sandwich shops nearby, but they pack on the toppings. The amount of meat you get for the price is definitely worth it. We actually went back again two days later and I tried the medium meatball. It was delicious and they definitely did not skimp on the meatballs. One of the things that the manager explained on our first visit was they toast the bread and steam the meat separately. This prevents the bread from getting soggy and gross. On my next visit I plan on trying the Turkey Bacon Ranch sub. This is usually my go to sandwich at other sandwich shops. The décor of the shop is very firehouse oriented. I like the Dalmatian spotted tables. They also offer a variety of hot sauces with a scale of 1 – 10. On our first visit we rounded the total of our order to donate the change to their charity. You can also buy the 5 gallon buckets that the pickles come in for $ 2 and the proceeds go to the charity as well. Oh, I also forgot to mention every sandwich comes with a pickle spear. I love pickles! They are like a palate cleanser at the end of my meal. I am glad that opened a location nearby and I plan on trying more of their sub offerings. While the prices are a little higher, it is definitely worth it!
