I used to love this location, but the staff has completely changed and they are jerks now.
My man and I were in there last week and had a terrible experience. There were 2 guys working one who seemed new and another who seemed to me a manager of sorts.
When we came in they asked if they could help us with anything and we said we were just browsing. As it is in the mall it bound to happen more often than not. After a few mins the manager guy asked again. When we said the same thing he walked over to his other coworker and said loudly «I hate when people just come in and browse buy something or get out.» Now I understand your job is boring and you don’t have many customers since the mall is under renovation, but at least say that after we have left!
Truth was we were browsing to buy an Xbox One soon, but needless to say we took our purchase elsewhere after this.

Wow, I know they do not pay you much to work here but you would think Mitch (assistant store manager) would at least try to act like he wants to be there, I have gone into this store about 4 different times and each time all I hear is him moaning about having to do this and that or «sorry, I want to help but I was not trained on how to do refunds» I was going to give this store more stars as I have had fun chats and good experiences with others but this guy is as rude as hell and does not know how to do some of the most basic things.
