Grease Monkey

My truck was good but after I went for a oil change my car doesn’t work anymore. I can’t turn on!!!
I have one week trying to turn on to take my truck to them but I can’t, now I have to pay a tow if I want to move my car to there or some mechanic. That’s no fair!!!

The service was great. They gave me everything I asked for at the stated price. What they recommended as an issue with my car actually did turn out to be a real concern! I can see why everyone loves Grease Monkey.

Bad experience and lacks honesty to the customers on services provided. My wife took our car in for an oil change, fluid check and air filter check. She asked them to replace the wipers and top off all the fluids. They told her the air filter needed replacing (which I know it did not since I did it recently) and quoted her $ 22. On the receipt she was charged $ 49 and a break down of charges was not provided before the card was charged. They claimed to have checked and replaced the wipers, but when we hit a rainstorm 2 hours later it was clear they never even touched the wipers (I had to pull off and buy two new wipers because I couldn’t see at all). Total they charged us $ 120 for an oil change that I am not even confident they actually performed. I don’t know if they topped off the other fluids, but I filled up the wiper fluid 2 days later because it was over half empty and I never even used the wiper fluid on our trip. Poor customer service. When I called to complain I was told the assistant manager was the highest person I could talk to and he treated me like it was my fault for his employees shady actions and when I told him we were on the road and a ways away from Denver he said, «well, if you were still in the area you could come by and I would have them re-​do that stuff for free.» It should be done right when I pay for it!!! I definitely would not return here or refer this location to anyone. Be careful or they will take advantage of you.

Bad experience! Took my Ford in for oil change, they only put 2 bolts back to hold the skid plate which left it flapping in the wind. I took it back and they told me «that’s how it came in… the previous oil change business must have left the screws out». I let them see the paperwork establishing the fact that the the last place was indeed their establishment! Blame game stopped. They only had a few screws so they put them in and wanted me to come back when they could get more screws. When I returned they pulled it in worked on it and said its all «done». I looked and noticed two screws still missing! They pulled it back in and finished the job while I watched this time. Really guys! I would steer clear of this place!

We go here every time we need an oil change. Great service. Great people. Great customer appreciation events.

Have had good service here overall. In fact, the previous time, I asked to get a radiator flush and they actually told me that I didn’t need one. I have not experienced any blatant up sell for what’s its worth.

Worst customer service I have ever had yesterday here, I usually go to the GM in Firestone and they are awesome, yesterday was not the case. First of all the assistant manager that came up to my window and asked «what do you need» not at all friendly then tried to argue with me about prices with coupon I had, sorry GM on Bowles, til they relocated some staff; I will not go there
