Homewood Suites

We stayed here for a wedding in August.
Overall: the service is a 5 (as good as it gets), the building is a little boring and on it’s way to outdated so it’s a 3 (A-​Okay) so I gave a 4.
Our room was very nice, clean, the staff was nice. It’s not a 5 star hotel but it is very nice, maybe the rooms are just starting to look a little dated. They have a nice continental breakfast with the standard waffles, bananas eggs etc. Room was cleaned very nicely every day and the housekeeping staff was pleasant in the hall. It was very quiet which is impressive since there was a whole wedding staying at the time. Also, the gym is pretty good for a hotel! Everything worked and the equipment was new and it was very clean in there. I didn’t go in the pool at all, it looked a little outdated but clean.
I asked at the front desk where a pretty place to run near by would be and she directed me to Deer Creak Canyon which is maybe one mile away. Great advice, great run, really beautiful. We ended up running here twice and then driving over with my bf’s parents to hike the short trail.
One more note: I saw a review about it not being good for groups. I was there with a wedding and most of us were staying there. I know that lots of people stayed up late and I didn’t hear any complaints. There was a dinner/​meet and greet our first night there and it was really nice. As a gust of the bride and groom I would say I felt well taken care of, I didn’t hear any complaints from other members of the group and also I go to be early and didn’t have any noise issues at all.

Not group friendly. I would avoid using this hotel if you have a wedding party, a group going to Red Rocks or any gathering where people may be talking after 10 pm.
Nice rooms, decent price but very disappointed with how our group was treated by the night manager each night we returned from Red Rocks. Would not recommend staying here if you have a group of more than a couple of rooms. Our group (50 – 60) was not very loud but the night manager was hyper sensitive, rude and disrespectful. The day staff was very professional and efficient but it’s difficult to overcome the abusive behavior of their night shift counterpart.

The location has a beautiful façade but the night manager was all but professional. We were with a group headed to some music at red rocks for the weekend. We had all paid for multiple rooms and mine you it was very expensive, but worth the distance to the specific venue. The fact that the night manager locked the front door Sunday July 26^th when we returned to our hotel we paid for was appalling, rude, and in general the most un-​professional thing i have encountered in a very long time. The reoccurring theme was there were so many complaints. This statement is assuming since people were in their rooms at all points in the night and not 1 person in our group ever received a phone call to suggest this is what actually happened is hard to believe at this point. We all made sure to be in our living rooms to gather as no living room was connected to an adjacent rooms bedroom so that any noise could be centralized away from people sleeping. This was communicated at the begging of our trip. The way the situation was handled and the way we were spoke to as customers was uncalled for. Would NOT recommend ever as it is not worth the money to stay here.

OK, I have read the comments of the general manager regarding complaints about our behavior during our stay. It appears that this hotel is NOT amenable to patrons of Red Rocks who spend their hard earned money to fly to CO to attend concerts there. Concerts end at midnight and by the time transportation has delivered us to our hotel it is often after 1am. It is customary to have small gatherings of friends who come from all corners of the country to celebrate life and very much value the opportunities to share our life dreams and hopes and this is what we do after concerts. So to have even the General Manager seemingly take the side of Laura C. the night desk person who told us to stay at a Motel 6 which said a lot of what she thought of us. The GMs explanation of why the door was locked on us is pure BS. Apparently the lifestyle of music patrons attending Red Rocks are NOT welcome at this hotel.

This hotel was one of the worst experiences ever, and I stay at several hotels throughout the year. I have NEVER been spoken to so rudely by «management», locked out of the hotel I was paying to stay at or been blatantly insulted to my face («people like us belong at a Motel 6»). I work very hard, as a professional, to vacation and be able to stay in a comfortable hotel. However this stay is by far, the WORST one ever. I will never give this hotel another dollar of my money and I’m appalled by the fact that the Manager of said establishment doesn’t care at all. I will let everyone in the area know of your lack of customer service and care for your patrons. No one could provide us with any actual complaints… no one knocked on our door to ask us to be quiet… we were yelled at like children, insulted and then law enforcement was called (who were apologetic for the actions of the night manager, Laura C.). If we were a group of doctors that were there for a convention and had late meetings which required us to get back to the hotel at 1am, we would’ve been treated MUCH differently. It’s pathetic that we were profiled and treated according to the stereotype. Considering that no one from this hotel seems to agree with our group of over 60 people that stayed there and paid A LOT of money to stay there, I will make sure that I carry my complaints as high up in your corporation as I can. Thank you for an absolutely horrendous customer service experience. You should all be ashamed that you think you are better than others!!!

After reading the managers response, about how rudely our group was treated the weekend of July 24 – 26,and seeing that she has now taken the rude night front desk lady’s side, I am even more disgusted with this place. She apologised to my face and said Laura C would be taken care of, and reprimanded. Jeannette, it’s called «hospitality industry» for a reason. You’re doing it wrong. Don’t stay at this awful hotel.

The room was huge with amenities like dishes, a full size fridge, eating area, desk, two tvs, kitchen sink, and microwave, the check in was quick and friendly, the room was clean and inviting.
The ONLY reason I can’t give five stars is the noise. At 11pm we had to call the front desk about people outside on the patio, full on partying. They were loud and they were settled in with a cooler.
Most hotel patios close at 10 so I felt that they shouldn’t have even been there.
The staff took care of the problem quickly but I feel it should’ve been shut down at 10 prior to us calling.
The night was restful after that.
They allowed a late check out and that was super since we were running a marathon and needed the shower after.
The only issue I have (which all hotels do), is have breakfast hours that never work for marathon runners. I wish hotels would have something for us leaving early.

Clean facility, attentive staff, fantastic location.
Couldn’t be more pleased with our baseball teams recent stay at this Hilton property. They had more than 40 people to accommodate in our group and did a fantastic job. Did a great job with breakfast daily, had it staffed appropriately and kept the food trays full at all times. Nightly «happy hour» was a nice addition as well.
Seemed to be 20 – 1.5 hours from all the activities you need. We hit Estes Park, Winter Park, Alpine sleds, and two golf courses that were easy commutes.
Friendly front desk staff. Dealing with a hotel full of kids can’t be easy, but they did a terrific job. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the Littleton area.

We came 2 days earlier than our reservations and they gave us a 2 bedroom suite at the same rate!!! Heather was awesome with customer service and everything she helped with was so fantastic.

Dinner on week nights, delicious breakfast everyday, pool, hot tub, exercise area, basketball court… and the friendliest staff ever! My in-​laws stay here for a week a couple times a year and we love being there!

Nothing wrong with the location, nice hotel. BEWARE the Homewood Suites policy. Booked rooms a month in advance, stay at Hilton at least once a month, wanted to change rooms when I arrived and was informed that even though rooms were now available superior to the ones available when I booked Homewood would not allow cancellation or changes with 100 PERCENT cancel fees! For a chain in the hospitality business the customer service line agent was anything but helpful or hospitable

Cannot say enough good about this place. Super nice people, extremely accommodating, great for families. Nice pool and bb courts. Great food, really clean. Highly recommend. We will be back.

I did not want for anything during my stay.
Staff was very friendly and I felt like a regular even though it was my first stay there.
I will stay here again if I am in the area.
