There is not a lot to say, except the food is typical fast food, but the service is subpar. I have been here many times over the years and the service is just not that great. People act like they couldn’t care less if you eat there or not, but the food is pretty decent, so I will go back when I need a quick meal.

Beware the turkey breast slim is nothing but a few slices of turkey and a dried out roll! They don’t even bother to ask you if you want any mayonnaise on it so therefore they don’t even put it on it or anything else for that matter! At least at Subway you go through the line and watch your sandwich be made to make sure it has anything but just the meat on it! Why would this even be on a menu?

We went to this location since it supposedly had better sandwiches than the market square highlands ranch one. I would agree with .most of the reviews of it being a bit bland. I got the #9, and I later saw someone’s tip to add peppers to it. that would have given it a bit more kick. Overall I still enjoyed it, mayo and all!:)

Ordered lunch online. Drove to the store to pick it up. Drove back home. Picked up the sandwich and though this feels really light. Opened sandwich. NOMEAT just tomatoes and lettuce. The one thing I didn’t want was tomatoes and they were on the sandwich. This was my last and final visit to Jimmy John’s period. It is just not worth the disappointment.

Jimmy John’s does a lot of things right. There menu is easy to understand. All the sandwiches are numbered, so it’s easy to pick between the standard 8″ sub, a slight larger giant club, or a plain slim. I went with #12-The Beach Club which is turkey, cheese, some veggies stuffed in and avocado. It was made really fast — in less than 1 minute and the employees were very friendly. I was in and out the door very quickly. On the down side the sandwich was just ‘average’ in taste and quality. It wasn’t bad, but the avocado spread seemed like something manufactured with fillers. If you want an inexpensive sandwich really fast, when JJ is fine. But it’s not top quality ingredients.

What a disappointment, yet again… I had one bad experience, wherein the sandwich was ‘bleh’, slapped together and limited in terms of contents, and thought it was a fluke, so gave it another try… shouldn’t have, with all the sandwich shops around, probably capitulating to their advertising blitz. We ordered their unwich, which is the lettuce wrap. When I picked it up, I thought it was just some toppings and maybe a napkin they wrapped up… nope, this was the sandwich… yikes. I’ve eaten at other locations and had a far better experience…

I don’t get it. I really can’t figure out why I hear so many people rave about this place. They deliver, and perhaps that’s a reason, but the food is, in my opinion, less than mediocre. I have had lunch from this location many times, mainly because it’s often brought in to our office by reps. Most of the time we get large lunch platters with 3−4″ sandwiches, today we had 2 different of their menu creations to choose from, I went with the Italian. My problem with the food is the absolute lack of flavor. The put a minimal amount of meat and a maximum amount of mayo(on an Italian sandwich), so that all I tasted was mayo and white bread.(Trailer Park Special?). There was no way to gage the freshness of the veggies,(tomato and shredded lettuce) beacuse of the ¼ cup of goo. I really try not to write negative reviews, and I like to have something good to offer whenever I write anything, so I will say that the bread does taste as if it’s freshly baked, which is nice. However, it’s just not good tasting bread. Everything I’ve ever had from here is reminiscent of cardboard. To me it just seems as if there’s no effort put into their sandwiches at all, and I’ve had them enough to know that this is consistent. There are so many places to get a sandwich that offer a good variety that I have to regretfully say that Jimmy John’s is simply axed from rotation.

Good sandwiches. Really fast. Their bread seems to be more fresh than the one at Belleview and Santa Fe. I love the #9 Italian Night Club w/peppers!
