Kohl’s

Kohl’s Dept store is a nice place to shop as they have affordable prices on clothes. You have to be patient but you can find real deals on brand names here. I’ve mainly shopped for kid’s and men’s clothes and have been able to find good discounts. take your time to look around and see what brands you like. Kohl’s may not have high end brand names but they have a good selection of moderate well known brands and store brands that have some good selections. To me it’s clothes that look good regardless of brand names, and I have found some nice store brands for big discounts.

I LOVE this Kohls!!! I’ve always been given the utmost respect & friendly service from the professional & courteous staff at this location, but tonight they really outdid themselves! I recently got new laminate flooring, and with three pets, my current vacuum was simply not doing the job. I re-​searched for days for a quality, lightweight vacuum within my budget, when I came across the Shark Ultra Light Bagless Upright Vacuum (model: HV301). Thankfully Kohls carried this model. However, I found the vacuum at a lower price at Lowe’s. I called the Kipling store and spoke with a male employee who confirmed that they price match & that I’d get an extra 20% off for the Friends & Family event, PLUS I’d earn Kohls Cash! It was a no brainer! Upon arrival, I searched the vacuum cleaners and could not find one. Associate, Catalina, went above and beyond, and finally found one tucked away in their warehouse. She graciously carried the vacuum box to customer service for me. Although it’s not in their policy to combine price match and coupons, manager Ellen was kind enough to make an exception since I was quoted such over the phone. Talk about keeping your customers happy! Associate, Jenny, rung me up with a smile, and thanked me for shopping with them. I work in retail and I know the importance of good customer service, so when I experience something great, I want to share it with the world! Thanks again to Catalina, Ellen & Jenny for making my shopping experience here another memorable one! This is why I will always and forever be a Kohls customer!

This place sucks. The hours are wrong. They open at nine not at seven. I was working near by and ripped my pants so i needed mew ones, came to kohls at 8 am since its says they open at 7 am. Not true. Kohls can fuck itself. Thanks for wasting my time

Great store, they always have what I’m looking for. The staff is usually pretty friendly, but can sometimes be tough to find. They have a good selection of kids clothes and toys.

After some hassle with a simple exchange, the store manager Karl contacted me personally to apologize and I now finally have the right size shirt. I submitted a complaint online and the manager actually called me and met me at the store to resolve.

Kohl’s How I love thee!!! I love getting a good deal and that is what I always get at Kohl’s! This week I got a coupon in the mail good for 30% off of anything! Wow!!! I really love the way the store is laid out. The staff is friendly, and the store is clean and organized. The household section is my favorite with it multitude of picture frame selections! And, I have never had a problem returning anything for any reason… even it I forget my receipt. That is true customer service!
