Poor communication, poor service and poor technical abilities. I just needed our system turned on. The first tech was very friendly. He also found a leak and supposedly fixed it. The next day when the system auto turned it still leaked from the same spot. I called the office and told them exactly what was wrong. I also stated that they needed to call ahead of coming and verified my phone number. They didn’t call me and showed up 2.5 hours ahead of the window, waking up my son who had worked the night shift. They also did this the previous year, calling the wrong phone number both spring and fall and never communicating their arrival. I was giving them a second chance this year. The tech dug up the yard, not where I stated the leak was and fixed a leak that I don’t believe existed, charging me 195.00. When I turned the system on again that evening, I found that the original leak still existed (not in the yard where he had dug). The office never communicated the original information I gave them because when I spoke directly with the tech he did not have any of that information. Finally, the third visit, they fixed the leak. I had to adjust my sprinkler heads myself because they did not perform that service on the first visit which I had requested. We will never use this company again.

I was lived in this neighborhood for 3 years and I used the Lawn service about 3 companies already. And this is the one that I will go for forever. At LIDC I always get a great service, all the staff had a great knowledge in this business. They alway help me with the best answer and their price was reasonable too.
If you looking for the irrigation service for the coming up Spring season, give LIDC guy a shot and you will love their service like me.

Save your money. This company came out three times and tinkered with my system. They never actually fixed the «leak» problem I had. 3 visits and over $ 700 later and it still wasn’t fixed. The $ 700 was not only trouble shooting the leak. They did do some actual work.
The management is unavailable and unresponsive. And I don’t think the Irrigation Techs are trained much beyond the basics.
To close the story — I’m two more sprinkler companies into my saga and I found «The Guy». Had the leak found and fixed in 45 minutes. And it cost $ 75.
