Nope, the dry cleaners quest continues. Took in a sparkly copper colored holiday shirt in January and it came back devoid of all color and shine. Cleaner blamed it on manufacturer and color bleed. When I returned it to Dillard’s their explanation of too strong a cleaner made much more sense especially since it rained the night I wore the shirt and it didn’t color bleed. Thanks Dillard’s.

We have tried a bunch of different cleaners in this area, and this one has by far been the best. They never lose or damage our clothing, their prices are reasonable, they have a quick turnaround time and they are always friendly.
This afternoon, I took a dress and a backpack of my daughter’s in for repair. I expected them to send it out to alterations, BUT the man at the desk (I think he is the owner) said, «I love doing little things like this!» He whipped out a needle and thread and fixed it for us on the spot FOR FREE! He wouldn’t accept payment! It was so kind!
