This is the WORST McDonalds on the planet! Never going back! They get your order wrong 90%! Of the time!!! When I called to complain the manager told me that he can’t do anything about it! Wow really?

The management has changed in the past year. The new employees remember your name, ask you how you are doing, and always provide quick service with a smile. I’m almost bummed when I don’t get my coffee– they’re that good! Definitely a million times better than the previous year!

I was excited to go to this McD’s after seeing its cool remodel and that it has wifi. But, unfortunately, it still has bad fast food service. I got charged for a small coffee during a promo that had them free, then I asked for a refill with ½ a cream and got 2 creams. Meanwhile, I observed a gentleman who could not get a diet soda because they were changing a tank. Apparently the whole place only has 1 tank. He asked for a replacement but got cold rude ‘wait 2 minutes’. So he asked for and received a refund with no apology. Come on — it’s not that hard to be nice and polite to people. I’ll go somewhere else.

Very SLOW service. Almost every time I’ve been there, something has been bad — waiting in line for a long time, missing food, stale coffee, stale food. I did let them know about it and they did make an effort to correct it… but I’d just rather see the service improved!
