This McDonalds must be run by the same people who run the one a little further down Broadway. They got my order wrong through the drive thru. I took the order back and requested a refund because it was late and I wanted to get home. They deducted the cost of my daughters fruit and yogurt parfait. I told them to make the decisions that they felt was the best. They deducted the money. I told them they will never see my business again. This is not the first time from these McDonalds. Another McDonalds lost my business.

My review is solely based on breakfast. I am a big fan of McDonald’s breakfast and this location has been consistent with speed, quality, and friendliness of employees.

Its Sunday morning, one cashier. I ordered 1 S hot choc, 1 M coffee and 1 hash brown. This took 10 min. Trash is full, lobby is trashed, no napkins or straws. The staff is trying, but there is clearly no organization to the crew. Signed 4 yr McDonalds employee from my moons ago.

Recently I received a coupon flyer in the mail to visit this McD’s new remodel. As a person who already has an addiction with the golden arches, I frequented at least once a week for a month to see how Ronald was doing. The in-store service always seemed rushed and more interested in the drive thru customers. The restaurant was clean most of the time, but could have used a quick wipe down of soda station. That said, the food was normally hot and my wait time was pretty minimal.
